11/29/2016 - Event at National Sawdust for The Tour Managers

On November 29, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided sound for an event at the National Sawdust, hosted by The Tour Managers. We used (3) of our L'Acoustics LA-8 for power & processing of (6) of our L' Acoustics active 2-way dV Dosc and (6) dV Subs.

11/28/2016 - Tower Lighting at the Church of St. Paul the Apostle


On November 28, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided lighting for the North tower of the Church of Saint Paul the Apostle. We illuminated the N. tower of this historical church with with a combination of (12) GLP Volkslight Zoom with additive color mixing, along with (8) of our Source 4WRDs. For lighting control, we used our MAonPC command Wing. Control was distributed using our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby.

11/17/2016 - Event at Church of Saint Paul the Apostle

On November 17, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided an event production package which consisted of audio and lighting in the Church of Saint Paul the Apostle for the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre. Our audio system consisted of (8) of our L'Acoustics 8XT compact speakers, powered and processed by one of our L'Acoustics LA8 amplified controllers. For audio control control, we used our Yamaha QL5 digital audio console. The speakers and presenters used (2) of our Shure MX418 mic systems at the podium. For lighting, we illuminated the basement venue of this beautiful church with a combination of (24) Phillips ColorBlasts TRX RGBAW LED wash / flood lights in conjunction with (12) of our RGBA LED strips. We also used (6) of our Source 4WRDs to project leaf patterned break-ups onto the ceilings. Birdies provided illumination for accent pieces around the venue. For lighting control, we use our MAonPC command distributed using (6) of our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby.

11/17/2016 - U.S. Rowing Golden Oars Awards Dinner at the New York Athletic Club

On November 17, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided audio, video and lighting support for the U.S. Rowing Team at their annual Golden Oars awards Dinner at the New York Athletic Club. This event was hosted in the NYAC 9th dining room.
Our audio system consisted of (2) of our L’Acoustics 108P speakers for front fill, (4) of our L’Acoustics 112P self-powered speaker on tripods for Main PA. Audio was controlled by our Yamaha QL5 console with our Yamaha RIO1608 and CAT FIVE 300' snake. The speakers and presenters used (2) of our Shure MX418 mic systems at the podium. Our Shure ULX P4 hand held mic was used by the auctioneer in the execution of his duties.
The video system we supplied consisted of (2) 6’ x 10’ 8” screens AV Stumpfl Monoblox S32 with two 2.5K ultra short throw projectors, along with (2) Sharp Aquos 70" Class Quatron Smart HDTV to ensure complete video coverage. We used one of our Macbook Pro with playback, controlled by our Roland VR-50HD Multi-Format AV Mixer  to provide switched content of both 501 Auctions online silent auction and also the introductory videos of the athletes. We also recorded a switched copy of this event using our Atomos Shogun so that we could provide this copy to the client at the end of their event.
For lighting, we illuminated the upstage pipe and drape with (8) of our 24" RGBA LED strips & (2) of our Colorado VW variable white color temperature dimmable lights for a down-stage wash.
Our 16 oz. Velour Drapes helped give the stage and video a finished look.

11/16/16 - LUNGevity Foundation meeting at The New York Athletic Club

On November 16th, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. was asked to provide audio and video support for the LUNGevity Foundation's meeting at the  New York Athletic Club the venue for which was NYAC Olympic room 2. The audio & video systems we supplied consisted of (2) of our L’Acoustics 108P speakers, along with our PC DI Stereo Direct Box and Roland VR-50 HD AV switcher. Our Logitech wireless presenter R400 afforded the presenter the ability to control the presentations. We used our Macbook Pro controlled by our Roland VR-50HD Multi-Format AV Mixer  combined with our AJA Hi-5 video converter to provide switched content of videos to our Sharp Aquos 70" Class Quatron Smart HDTV.

11/14/2016 - New York Athletic Club All Sports Dinner

On November 14, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. was asked by the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video and lighting for their Annual All Sports dinner. Our audio system consisted of (4) of our L’Acoustics 108P speakers for front fill, (4) of our L’Acoustics 112P self-powered speaker on tripods for Main PA and (8) of our L'Acoustic 8XT  speakers as fill on the opposite side of the GYM. Audio control was by our  Yamaha QL1 digital audio consolewith our Yamaha RIO1608. and CAT 5 300' snake The speakers and presenters used (2) of our Shure MX418 mic systems at the podium.
The video system we supplied consisted of (2) 6’ x 10’ 8” screens AV Stumpfl Monoblox S32 w/ two 6 K projectors, (2) 4’ 11’ x 8' Stumpfl 4' 11"x 8' 9" projection screens complete with drape kits and (2) ultra short throw Sanyo 2.5K projectors, (2) 50" splasma screens to ensure complete video coverage. We used one of our Macbook Pro w/ playback Pro controlled by our Roland VR-50HD Multi-Format AV Mixer  to provide switched content of videos to diplays combined with our AJA Hi-5 video converter and our AJA HD5DA amplifier.
Our Sony 4k Camcorder with tripod provided clear IMAG and we provided our client with a switched copy of the festivities as we recorded this onto our Atomos Shogun
For pipe and drape we provided 500' of Milano blue.
