02.27.2019 - AXA Advisors New York Metro Awards at the New York Athletic Club

On February 27th Moore PA Hire, Inc. provided projection and video equipment and services for the New York Metro Awards for Axa Advisors at the New York Athletic Club.

We provided (2) Optoma ZU 850 8K Laser projectors, (2) Optoma A01 ultra short-throw lenses, and (2) AV Stumpfl 7' x 12' projection screens with full drape dress kit. To serve the client provided graphics and PowerPoint we provided (1) Roland VR 50HD, along with all the cabling and accessories necessary.

02.21.2019 - Boxing at the New York Athletic Club

On February 21st Moore PA Hire, Inc. provided audio, video, lighting and camera equipment and services for the New York Athletic Club.

For audio, we provided (1) Mackie DL-1608 to mix together (1) Shure UR4D receiver paired with (1) Shure UR2 handheld microphone, as well as (1) Senheiser MKH 416 and playback music and video. For speakers we provided (4) L'Acoustic 112P and all necessary cabling.

For video we provided (1) Optoma ZU850 8K laser projector with Optoma A13 ultra long zoom lens, married with (1) AV Stumpfl 6 x 10 projection screen. We also provided (2) LG 65" plasma screens to display the pre-recorded content and camera feeds.

For camera, we provided (3) Panasonix PX 270s which were handled by our premiere recording and streaming rack - the LSE 1. Engineered with (1) Blackmagic Design Atem 2 M/E, (2) Blackmagic Design Hyperdeck Studio Pro 4K, and (2) Smart Scope Duo 4K. The whole event was switched, recorded and delivered to the client as one program file ready for distribution.

For lighting we provided (2) ETC S4WRD on (2) Impact Turtle Base C Stands with (2) Size B Gobos of the Athletic Club's logo to be displayed on the floor at the entrance to the ring.

02.12.2019 - Live-stream at IESE Business School

On February 12th Moore PA Hire provided audio, lighting, and live-streaming equipment and services for IESE Business School's live-stream featuring Bill Baker and Steven Rattner.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1 and our Shure UR4D receiver rack paired with (2) UR2 handheld microphones and (2) UR1 beltpacks with Shure MX185 lavalier microphones.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 on (2) Impact Tutle Base C-stands.

For live-streaming, we provided the Production Bot Switch 8. The Production Bot runs vMix Pro and was loaded up with a pile of graphics (both full screen and animated lower thirds) all built by the Moore PA Hire team. For camera we provided (1) Panasonic PX-270 and the entire system was supported by the APC BX1500M UPS.

02.09.2019 - Palmer Schwartz Agency at Skylight Modern

On February 9th Moore PA Hire provided audio and video equipment and services to the Palmer Schwartz Agency for their event at Skylight Modern.

For video, we provided (1) Roland VR-50 HD av mixer. To display the client provided content we set up (1) LG UJ634-Series 65" display on (1) 84" Premier Mounts TV stand. We also provided all cabling, adapter, and converters necessary.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1, (1) DJM 900 Nexus DJ Mixer, and our Shure UR4D receiver rack paired with (1) Shure UR2 Handheld microphone. For speakers we provided all L'Acoustics (10) 112P, (6) 108P, and (4) SB15P. 

We also handled comm. for the event, providing (6) Clearcom 603 beltpacks and (7) Clearcom CC-300 headsets.

02.08.2019 - Memorial Event at Xavier High School (Friends of Sean Lugano)

On February 8th Moore PA Hire provided lighting, audio, and video equipment and services for the Friends of Sean Lugano event at Larkin Hall, Xavier High School, NYC.

For lighting, we provided (8) Rogue R2, (8) ETC Lustr S2, (10) ETC S4WRD, (10) ETC S4 Mini, and (8) LED Strips. For mounting we provided (4) pieces of 12"x12"x10' brushed aluminum truss, (4) Turtle Base C-Stands, and (20) 25 lb sandbags. We provided all necessary cabling for both power and data and then for control we provided (1) MA Command Wing and (1) MA Fader Wing, along with MA on PC on (1) Intel NUC.

For audio we provided the Yamaha QL-1 partnered up with the RIO 1608D. For speakers we provided (1) DV Amp Rack - comprised of (3) L'Acoustics LA-8, (6) DV Dosc, (2) DV Sub, along with all the NL4 cable necessary. For monitors for the 5 piece band we provided (4) L'Acoustic 112P. For microphones and DIs we provided (2) DI, (3) Shure SM58, (2) Shure SM57, along with (8) mic stands.

For video we provided (1) Roland VR 50 HD, (1) Moore PA Hire Macbook Pro 15", and (1) Optomoa ZU850 8K Laser with the Optoma A01 short-throw lens. For display we provided (1) AV Stumpfl 6'x10' rear projection screen.

02.05.2019 - Live-stream from JMR Rentals and Studios

On February 5th Moore PA Hire provided live-streaming and audio equipment and services JMR Rentals and Studios to launch their new live-streaming services on Facebook. We streamed a combination of JMR and Moore PA Hire representatives talking about the new video, photo, and live-stream studio that has been integrated into the JMR facility.

For live-streaming, we provided our premier live-streaming and recording rack. Engineered with (1) Blackmagic Design Atem 2 M/E production switcher, (2) Blackmagic Design Hyperdeck Studio Pro 4K, and (2) Blackmagic Design Smart Scope Duo. For streaming we provided (1) Production Bot Switch 8. For peripherals we provided (1) Ikan Field and Studio Monitor, (1) Moore PA Hire Macbook Pro 15", along with all necessary cabling.

For audio we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (2) L'Acoustic 108P, again with all necessary cabling.
