For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1. We added in our Shure UR4D receiver rack, paired with (1) Shure UR-1 and DPA microphone, and (1) Shure UR-2 handheld microphone. We sent our main output into the venue's and audio system and our Mix 1 over to the Production Bot.
For video, we started with (1) Production Bot Switch 8. We recorded the event direct to a client provided SSD right from the Production Bot and rigged up (1) Panasonic HE-130 PTZ camera, controlled by (1) Panasonic RP50. To light the stage for the video recording we set-up (1) ETC Lustr Series 2, with EDLT lenses.
