On March 20th, Moore P.A. Hire, Inc. provided an event production package consisting of audio, lighting and video playback for DIFFA - Dining by Design , which brings together internationally renowned and local talent to create dining installations to raise critical funds for DIFFA’s work fighting HIV/AIDS. The culmination of this five day event staged Pier 92, NY, NY featuring multiple design industry notables set in the extraordinary dining environment of the designers' own booths!

2/11/2017 - Tibi Fashion Show

On February 11th, 2017, the Moore PA Hire team was asked by our client Palmer Schwartz Associates to provide audio design & implementation for a Tibi fashion show. This show was staged in Skylight Modern.
For F.O.H. we used our Yamaha QL1 Digital audio console. For comprehensive coverage of this intricate set, we used (8) of our L'Acoustics 8XT speakers powered and processed using our L'Acoustics LA-8 evenly spaced and overhung on the center truss so as not to impede the lighting coverage. Careful audio attention was also given to the two "sides" of the venue using (6) of our L'Acoustics 108P, while (4) of our L' Acoustics SB15P self powered subs evenly distributed Low end reinforcement. DJ monitoring was through our L'Acoustics 112P. The DJ system we provided consisted of our Pioneer DJM 850 with (2) Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus  players. We also provide a wired Clearcom communications system for seamless show production.

2/3/2017 - Memorial Event at Xavier High School (Friends of Sean Lugano)

On February 3rd, 2017, Moore P.A. Hire, Inc. provided audio, lighting and video package for Friends of Sean Lugano at Larkin Hall, Xavier High School.
For audio, we provided our L'Acoustics L'Acoustics 112P & L'Acoustics SB218 w/ L'Acoustics LA-8 Amplified controller for F.O.H. Our L'Acoustics 108P served as monitors. Podium presentation were handles by our Shure MX18 podium mic while band audio was through our Shure UR4D Wireless system and standard Shure wired mics.
For lighting, we illuminated the venue with a combination of (8) of our Chauvet Professional Rogue R2 Spots, (12) GLP Volks Zoom, (8) of our Source 4WRD LED lights, (12) ETC Source 4 mini LED for accent & area lighting. For lighting control we used our MAonPC command and fader wings with control signal distributed using our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby.
For power distribution, we used our Motion Labs Power Distribution and Motion Labs breakered stringers.
Our Video system consisted of our Macbook Pro serving content through our Roland VR-50 switcher through one of our Panasonic 5.5 K projector rear projected onto one of our Stumpfl screens. We used some of our 16 oz. velour pipe and drape provided suitable masking/ screen framing and in combination with our lights, created a beautiful backdrop for the band.
