01.17.2019 - Moët Hennessy Livestream at Moët Hennessy NYC headquarters

On January 17th Moore PA Hire provided sound, video and camera, and live-streaming equipment and services for Moët Hennessy at their New York City headquarters.

For video, camera, and live-streaming, we provided our Production Bot Switch 8 set up. All cameras and Moore PA Hire built graphics and lower thirds were served and switched with ease by the Production Bot Switch 8 and then streamed out to a custom RTMP server built for the client. We provided Clearcom 603 and Clearcom 601 for clear and consistent wired communication.

For the video village we provided (1) Ikan 19.5" Field/Studio monitor and (1) Samsung DM48D screen. We provided (1) DSAN Limitimer Staging Kit PRO-2000 and all necessary SDI / Power / XLR / HDMI cabling for the whole event.

For audio we provided the Yamaha QL1 and Yamaha RIO1608. We provided (8) Shure MX418 microphones, (4) Shure UR1 belt packs with Shure MX185 Lavalier microphones, and our Shure UR4D receiver rack.

01.11.2019 - FDNY Line of Duty Funeral for FF Stephen Pollard

On the 11th of January Moore PA Hire inc. provided audio distribution services to the Fire Department of New York for approximately 12,000 members who attended the line of duty funeral mass for FF Stephen Pollard.

For audio, we provided our L'Acoustics dV Dosc system, complete with dV Amp Rack containing L'Acoustics LA-8. For additional audio distribution, we provided all L'Acoustic 112P and 108P. We used our Yamaha QL-1 for audio control and a Mackie 1202VLZ3 for additional local audio control of the multiple delay towers spread out across 6 City blocks. For ground support we provided Genie ST 20, Mobiltech ALP-5, and L-16 winch lifts.

For power we provided (1) Honda EU3000is

01.06.2019 - APAP Trianon Ballroom at the New York Hilton Midtown

On January 6th Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided audio, lighting, and video systems for the Trianon Ballroom at the annual APAP conference at the New York Hilton Midtown.

The Video portion of our production package consisted of an Optoma ZU850 - 8K Laser projector with an appropriately sized Optoma lens to display pre-recorded video spots and graphics. The Roland VR-50 HD and (3) Moore P.A. Hire MacBook Pro 15"s were used to serve the content.

For audio, we provided (2) Shure UR2 Wireless handheld microphones, (2) Countryman E-6D, and (1) Moore PA Hire MacBook Pro 15" for music playback. The combination of our Yamaha Ql-1 for control and our L'Acoustics DvDosc system for FOH combined powered and processed by our L'Acoustics LA-8 amplified controllers proved very effective, with the audio portion of our package rounded out with our L'Acoustics 8Xt for dance floor & stage monitoring.

The lighting portion of our package consisted of our MA Command Wing and MA fader wing with Asus VT207N touch-screen monitors, all powered using an Intel NUC6i7KYK Mini PC, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7. Our instrument package consisted of Unique ll DMX Hazers, (8) Chauvet Rogue R2s, (10) ETC Luster S2s, and (8) ETC S4WRDs, all with EDLT lenses, (48) Colorblast TRXs with PDS-750 TRX and PDS - 375 Colorblast Power supplies, and Elation Opto Branch 4s for data distribution. Ground support for this package consisted of 10' pieces of brushed aluminum box truss.

We also provided Pipe & Drape for the event which consisted of 16 oz. velour 18' Drape Uprights, bases & crossbars. 

For power distribution we provided (1) Motion Labs ETL listed 400 Amp 3 Phase and (4) 50 Amp GFCI Spiders along will all necessary cabling and tie-in sets.

01.05.2019 - Grab Entertinment at APAP at the New York Hilton Midtown

On the 5th of January 2019 Moore PA Hire provided sound and lighting equipment and services for Grab Entertainment showcases during APAP in the Madison Suite at the New York Hilton Midtown.

For audio, we provided Yamaha QL1 and Yamaha Rio 1608D digital stage box. As this was one of multiple showcase rooms for which we were providing AV on this very busy weekend, the self-powered speakers for this showcase event consisted of all L'Acoustic 108P for monitors and L'Acoustics 112P & SB15P for FOH, while our mic package consisted of Shure SM58, Shure SM57, and Shure B 52.

To round out this package, we also provided a combination of ETC Source 4WRD for lighting, a 16'W x 12'D x 1'H stage and also pipe and drape for presentation and acoustic dampening.

01.04.2019 - Home Team Management at APAP at the New York Hilton Midtown

On the 4th of January 2019 Moore PA Hire provided sound and lighting equipment and services for the Home Team Management event at APAP in the Madison Suite at the New York Hilton Midtown.
