04.11.24 - Glass Ceiling - UN Foundation Girl Up

 The Moore PA Hire team went to The Glass Ceiling to provide audio equipment and services for the Girl Up United Nations Foundation.  Let's dive in!

For audio, we provided (2) ULXD4Q-G50 providing us with 8 digital audio channels with (2) UA874 Active Direction Antenna with stands.  We used (1) Yamaha DM3-D digital mixer. and supplied (8) ULXD wireless handhelds microphones.  Additionally we provided (1) MacBook Pro Server with Spotify Premium for background music.   For speakers, we used (4) L'Acoustic X8.  Lastly, we brought all the necessary cables and system power.

03.31.22 - Conference produced by Corporate Optics at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire rolled in to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, lighting, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services for the annual HYDRA conference, produced by Corporate Optics. Let's go!

For audio, we started with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. On stage, we laid out (7) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, with (1) Shure ULXD4Q back at control to provide (4) channels of wireless mics. For speakers, we provided (6) L'Acoustics 112p and (4) L'Acoustics 108p.

The 9th floor lounge was packed from start to finish, so with this in mind we loaded in (2) Infiled 3.9 10ft x 6ft LED walls, each suspended from a Genie ST20 crank up stand. Additionally, we provided (2) 82" TVs to serve as digital signage on stage, as well as an iMag feed for those refreshing their coffee in the card room during the sessions. 

Continuing on to multi-cam recording and streaming, we rolled in with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space to capture the presenters at the podium as well as any questions from the in-person audience. All cameras, in addition to the line cut, were recorded internally and handed off to the client post-event. With the in-room audience taken care of, we could turn our attention to our remote audience. Multiple versions of the full program were cut inside vMix Pro by our team onsite, with varying graphics depending on which destination the stream was heading to. These graphics were served from (4) client-provided Macbook Pros and ingested over NDI by (4) Birddog Flex 4Ks. The livestreams were packaged and streamed simultaneously to the various destinations via Moore PA's own CDN.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 as well as (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8 to set the stage for this multi-day conference. Finally, we provided (1) DSAN Limitimer to keep the program moving along smoothly.

02.07.22 - Fasano

Moore PA Hire loaded into a new venue for us to provide video, audio, and content playback equipment and services for Fasano.

We started with (2) 82 inch TVs either side of the room. At the base of each TV we set-up (1) L'Acoustics 112P. For microphones we provided (3) Shure UR-2 handheld microphones and for content playback we provided (1) Macbook Pro 15". Finally, to knit everything together, we provided (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2 video and audio switcher.

11.17.21 - The M&A Advisor at The New York Athletic Club

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide video, audio, live streaming and lighting equipment and services for The M&A Advisor's day-long conference and evening gala. Held in the 9th-floor lounge this event featured a series of panels and keynote speakers during the day, followed by an awards dinner and drinks in the evening.

For video, we started with (2) 82" TVs flanking the venue-provided stage. Additionally, we set up (2) 70" TVs on the outskirts of the 9th-floor lounge and (2) 70" TVs in the 9th floor Card Room to adequately distribute all presentation content and IMAG. To mix and route all this video we rolled in our premier live streaming and video production rack the LSE-1. We made use of (1) rack-mount workstation running vMix Pro as well as (2) Macbook Pros to serve PowerPoint and graphic content. While routing the video to the various displays, the workstation was also live-streaming the program to a private watch page provided by Moore PA Hire featuring the agenda for the day as well as sponsor logos and a live chat.

For audio, we mixed everything with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For the panels and keynote speakers, we placed (6) Shure MX418 microphones on discreet stands alongside each armchair on stage for ease of use and a quick turnaround between each panel. We provided (6) L'Acoustics 112P speakers in the 9th-floor lounge and an additional (2) L'Acoustics 112P in the Card Room at the base of each TV.

For lighting we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 to light the stage as well as (5) LED RGB strips upstage to uplight the client-provided sponsor backdrop.

11.02.21 - Y.At Labs at Refinery Rooftop

 Moore PA Hire pulled up at 35th & 6th to provide audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment and services for Y.At Labs as they launched their new collection of tokenized URLs and Emojis. Let's jump in!

For video, we rolled in (3) 82 inch TVs and (5) 70 inch TVs. These were fed by multiple outputs on (1) Roland VR50 HD Mk2, with content mixed and served by vMix running in (1) Production Bot Switch 8. For the presentation portion of the event, we provided (2) Macbook Pro 15", paired with (1) Perfect Cue Mini.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1. The audience were spread throughout the rooftop and with that in mind we brought in (2) L'Acoustics 108P, (2) L'Acoustics SB15P, and the necessary pieces to tie directly into the Refinery's audio system. For mics, we provided (2) Shure UR-2 handhelds. 

For lighting, we provided (8) ETC Lustr Series 2, all with EDLT lenses and mounted on C-stands. For staging, we provided an 8ft x 6ft Stage 100 system on 16" legs.
