07.24.25 - Yale Tap Room - Lecture

The Moore PA team loaded gear into the Yale Club's Tap Room for a lecture presented by the club, we provided audio and visual services for the client, ensuring smooth transitions and clear audio for the event.

For the audio needs we used our LA-8 Rack, providing a two channel amp, (4) channels of wireless audio with a Shure ULXD4Q receiver, and (4) Shure ULXD1 Beltpack mics for the presenters. We also used (4) White X8 speakers for ample room coverage, all feeding into a Yamaha DM3-D audio mixer, ensuring clear signal, and safe volume levels.

To provide the client with their video needs we brought in a Panasonic PT-MZ880 projector, displaying onto a 6'x10' projection screen. Content was fed to a Roland VR-120 video switcher via (2) Dell Latitude laptops. In addition to the display, we also setup a Perfect Cue Mimi for the presenter to advance slides with ease.

05.04.25 - Yale Ballroom - Higher Heights

 The Moore PA team loaded into the Yale Club Ballroom for a Sunday brunch presented by Higher Heights; for their event we provided services for audio, video, and a stream/recording. We setup to present a fireside chat with podium introductions.

Covering our bases with audio we patched into our in-house audio system, an all L'Acoustics bundle of (4) X8 speakers and a LA-8 amplifier. To capture the conversation we used (2) Shure ULXD1 Belt-pack w/ WL185 Lavalier mics and a Shure MX418C gooseneck mic for the podium. This was all controlled with a Yamaha DM-3 mixer, which also feeds the audio for the recording. 

For video we setup our VMX LED Wall, using a Genie ST 20 crank up stand, and four meters of truss. We provided content to our LED wall from (1) Roland VR120, with Dell Latitude laptops running vMix Pro. (1) Novastar VX1000 LED Display Controller was used to feed the LED wall. Lastly we set up a 43" confidence monitor onstage, allowing presenters to see speaker notes, and a limit timer to keep the event on schedule. 

To ensure the highest level of recording possible, we wheeled in out LSE-1 rack, an all in one unit that allows us to record multiple camera feeds and switch between them, thus creating a seamless line cut video as the event happens. To capture the brunch we set up (3) Birddog P4K cameras and took an audio line from the DM-3, giving us a dynamic and clear recording of the conversation.

04.30.25 - Yale Ballroom - Public Servants Gala

 Moore PA set up shop in the balcony overlooking the Yale Club ballroom, providing audio, video, lighting and recording services for the Public Servants Gala. For this event we not only provided audio for speakers, but also for a live pianist and singer.

To cover the audio needs, we used the in-house L'Acoustics system featuring, (4) X8 Speakers on wall mounts, and (1) LA-8 2 channel amp. For the program speakers and pianist we used (6) Shure MX418C Cardioid Gooseneck Microphones alongside our Shure ULXD4Q wireless setup, allowing us (4) ULXD2 Handheld Mics for Q&A and moderators. All of these mics were received and mixed by a Yamaha DM3 console, ensuring clear and safe audio levels.

Providing the event's video needs we brought in (4) 85" TVs and (3) Birddog P4K PTZ Cameras for recording. Content was sent to the TVs via (2) Asus Zenbook laptops running Vmix Pro, feeding a Roland VR-120 video switcher for seamless transition. To create a recording we set up our LSE-2 rack in the balcony, which captured three separate video feeds from the cameras, as well as an audio line, giving us a clear line cut recording from the evening. 

For the lighting we setup (2) Aputure Spotlights in the back of the ballroom, illuminating the presenters with a basic stage wash, this is crucial when doing a recording as they help us achieve a higher quality product.

04.29.2025 - Yale Ballroom - Quantifi

The Moore PA team once again loaded into the main ballroom of the Yale Club, we provided video and audio services for Quantifi, featuring a five person panel discussion, and a power point presentation. 

To cover audio needs we used our in-house audio system, an all L'Acoustics bundle of (4) X8 speakers and an LA8 amp rack to power them, for this event we added (2) extra X8 speakers on the stage for more coverage in the front of the room. To ensure all the panelists and moderators were clearly heard we used (6) Shure MX418C -18" Cardioid Gooseneck Microphones as seen in the photos.

For video needs we used (2) 85" TVs to display content and (1) 43" confidence monitor, these were all fed using a Roland VR-120 and (2) Dell Latitude laptops running Vmix Pro.

04.07.25 - Yale Ballroom - MediaPost

For this event the Moore PA team loaded into the Yale Club for a series of panels presented by MediaPost; we provided room audio, video display, and a multi-cam recording/livestream of the panels.

For audio we provided (1) Yamaha DM3-D for mix control paired with our L'Acoustics LA8 Production rack. For speakers we set up (6) L'Acoustics X8s around the room ensuring the audience can clearly hear the panel. We used (1) Shure MX418C for podium speakers, and (1) Shure ULXD4Q receiver, providing four channels of wireless mics.

On the video side we used our Production bot server with vMix Pro for a recording and livestream of the panel. The cameras used are (2) Birddog P4K cameras. In the room we provided content to our LED wall from (1) Roland VR120, with Dell Latitude laptops running vMix Pro for content. (1) Novastar VX1000 LED Display Controller was used to feed the LED wall. Lastly we set up a 43" confidence monitor onstage, allowing presenters to see a mirror image of the main display.

In regards to staging we set up (1) Genie ST20 super tower holding the truss that the LED panels hang from, with blue drape to cover the base.

03.04.25 - CREFC at The New York Athletic Club

We returned to the New York Athletic Club for the annual CREFC High Yield and Distressed Real Estate conference. We provided audio, video, multi-cam recording, and lighting services. Let’s take a look!

For Audio, we started with the Yamaha QL1 Digital Mixer, along with our L’Acoustics LA8 Amp & Production Rack. For Speakers we had eight L’Acoustics X8s placed around the room. We had (7) Shure MX418C podium mics set up for the panelists on stage as well as a Shure ULXD4Q providing four channels of wireless mics for Q&A and announcements. 


For video, our LSE-1 production rack, based around vMix Pro was used for mulitcam production. We provided (3) Sony FR7 PTZ Cameras to capture the event. The line cut from our video director was captured externally using the ATOMOS Sumo monitor.


To set the stage, we provided our High Refresh Rate Gloshine LED Panels. The wall was built behind the stage with Ground Support to be 3 meters high and 6 meters wide, 6 rows of 12 columns. It was fed by the Novastar MX40 Pro controller, with the video signal coming from Resolume Arena, to display a variety of dynamic graphics provided by the client. We also provided four 85’’ and two 70’’ LCD Televisions on rolling stands to display iMag and additional content, served by the ASUS Zenbook Pro server kit and the Roland VR-120. We rounded out our video deployment by adding in one DSAN Limitimer and one 43" confidence monitor on the downstage lip.


For lighting we used two Aputure 300x for stage wash and ETC S4 Mini 50s for hair light. We also had Quasar T8 Tube lights behind the stage to lights the pipe & drape backdrop

11.18.24 All-Sports Awards at the New York Athletic Club

 Moore P.A. Hire were back in the New York Athletic Club for their Annual All-Sports awards. We provided audio, video and lighting services

For Audio we went with the Yamaha QL1 mixing desk,a s well as the L’Acoustics LA-8 and Yamaha RIO #1. For Speakers we used eight L’Acoustics X8’s. For microphones, we provided two Shure MX418C podium mics. 

For video, capture was handled by our production rack, the LSE-1, via vMix Pro.Five Birddog P4K PTZ cameras, were discreetly placed around the room to capture the stage as well as the audience, and controlled by a Skaarhoj controller. The ATOMOS Sumo Monitor was used for external capture as well. Two Optoma 8K laser projectors were used, along with four 85’’ LCD Televisions to display content and imag. Content was served by the ASUS Zenbook Duo Pro Server Kit and mixed by the Roland VR-120.

For lighting, we provided eight Chauvet Rogue R2 moving lights, as well as fourteen ETC Lustr Series 2 as hair lights. All of these were tied together and controlled from GrandMA2 on PC paired with the MA Command Wing and the MA Fader Wing. Eight Quasar T8 Tube Lights we placed behind the stage for additional lighting. 

We also provided 700ft blue velour pipe and drape to transform the gymnasium into a gala space. Check out some photos from the night below!











11.14.24 - Ireland-U.S. Council Dinner at the Metropolitan Club

 Moore P.A. were at the Metropolitan Club for the Ireland-U.S.Council’s Annual Dinner, where we provided audio, lighting and video services. Let’s get into it.

For video, we captured the footage using a Sony FX6, mounted on a Manfrotto Tripod. The ATOMOS Sumo Monitor was also used for External Capture. Four 85’’ LCD Televisions were set up around the room to display content and were mounted on Rolling Stands. Content was served via the ASUS Zenbook Pro Server Kit and mixed by the Roland VR-120. 


For audio, we went with the Yamaha QL1 digital mixer, as well as the Yamaha RIO #1 and L’Acoustics LA-8. Two L’acoustics 108P and four L’Acoustics X8 were used as speakers. For Microphones we had Shure MX418C podium mics up on stage for both the speakers and musical guests. 


For lights, we had an Aputure LS 300x equipped with a 36 degree Spotlight Lens, as well as four Quasar Science Q30 T8 LED Tube Lights behind the stage. Additionally, we provided the necessary pipe and drape for the event.
