Moore PA Hire returned to the Yale Club of New York City on October 29th to provide full AV production for Kroll's corporate event, supporting presentations, live video, audio, recording, and overflow spaces across multiple rooms.
In the Ballroom, our team installed a 6m x 2m upstage LED wall using 2.6mm LED panels, powered by a NovaStar MX40 Pro processor. Two 75" displays flanked the stage, while a Roland VR-6HD switcher managed presentation sources. A dedicated teleprompter operator and laptop provided scrolling speech content to a stage confidence monitor. Audio was managed through a Yamaha QL1 digital console with Shure wireless microphones and L-Acoustics speakers, complemented by uplighting throughout the room.
For video production, three BirdDog P4K PTZ cameras provided coverage of the Ballroom presentations, with our LSE recording system capturing the program. A live feed was also distributed to the Trumbull and Saybrook overflow spaces, allowing attendees to follow the main event from additional rooms.
Additional AV support in Trumbull included Yamaha DM3 audio mixing, wireless microphones, video switching, and display monitors. Saybrook featured multiple displays for expo tables, while the Council Room was equipped with dedicated Wi-Fi for event registration. Our production crew managed the technical operation across the spaces throughout the day.
