01.29.26 - Private Club AGM

For this one Moore PA braved the ice to setup for a private clubs' AGM, a smaller set-up but services provided included in-room PA, and cameras for an online zoom meeting.

Audio consisted of (4) L'Acoustics X8 Speakers powered by (1) L'Acoustics LA-4X amp, a total of (10) wireless channels (8 wirelss podium mics & 2 Handheld) via our Shure ULXD4Q systems. 

For video we provided (3) Birddog PTZ cams, streamed and controlled via our Production Bot server using vMix Pro, this and an audio feed were then sent to the zoom meeting for the remote members to see, a presentation was sent to two TVs flanking the stage via (1) Roland VR-120. We also set up (2) Aputure 300d lights with barn doors for a basic wash. 

 

10.21.25 - Bowery Hotel - YA Arts

 For this one the Moore PA crew loaded into the Bowery Hotel in the Lower East Side for an event presented by YA Arts for Learning; we provided AV services including an audio setup for a full band, multiple video monitors with live camera feeds, and a line-cut recording.

Starting off with audio, we used (1) Yamaha QL1 mixer and (1) Yamaha RIO stage box for mic inputs. For effective room coverage we setup (2) L'Acoustics DV-DOSC Subs and stereo PA, in addition we also used (4) L'Acoustic 108p speakers as stage monitors. For mics we started with a (1) Shure ULXD4Q wireless receiver, providing four channels of wireless which was dedicated to handheld mics, and an array of SM57 mics placed on the drums, and amps. Lastly we provided backline for the band, including (1) guitar amp, (1) bass amp, a drum kit, and instrument stands. 

For video needs we setup (3) Sony FR-7 PTZ cams and brought them into our P-Bot server, then distributing a line-cut to (2) 85" LCD Displays in-room, as well as a dedicated recorder, (1) Atomos Sumo SE. We also sent an aux feed to the house projector being displayed behind the stage.

Pertaining to lighting and staging we setup a stage 16'x8' on 1' legs with black skirt around it, furthermore we setup (4) LUSTR S2 lights for ambience and client provided GOBOs, (2) Aputure 300x lights for stage wash, and (12) LED up-lights around the room for static colors along the walls.
