05.22.19 - Wayne State @ The Bowery Hotel

On May 22nd  Moore PA Hire provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for Wayne State's event at The Bowery Hotel.

For audio, we started our system with (1) Yamaha QL-1, (2) Shure MX418 podium mics, and our Shure UR4D receiver rack paired with Shure UR2 handheld microphones. For speakers, we set-up (4) L'Acoustics 112p, all on Ultimate Support Tripods.

For lighting, we set up (24) Colorblast TRX, fed by (2) Colorblast PDS-750 TRX, with all the cabling necessary.

For video, we flew (1) Optoma ZU850 8K Laser Projector to display on (1) AV Stumpfl Monoblox S32 7'x11' screen. The Optoma was outfitted with (1) Optoma A01 ultra-short throw lens and fed by (1) Roland VR50HD. The VR50HD had inputs from (2) Macbook Pro 15" to serve two powerpoint presentations, a number of videos, and the Moore PA Hire Pandora Pro account for walk-in music.

01.06.2019 - APAP Trianon Ballroom at the New York Hilton Midtown

On January 6th Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided audio, lighting, and video systems for the Trianon Ballroom at the annual APAP conference at the New York Hilton Midtown.

The Video portion of our production package consisted of an Optoma ZU850 - 8K Laser projector with an appropriately sized Optoma lens to display pre-recorded video spots and graphics. The Roland VR-50 HD and (3) Moore P.A. Hire MacBook Pro 15"s were used to serve the content.

For audio, we provided (2) Shure UR2 Wireless handheld microphones, (2) Countryman E-6D, and (1) Moore PA Hire MacBook Pro 15" for music playback. The combination of our Yamaha Ql-1 for control and our L'Acoustics DvDosc system for FOH combined powered and processed by our L'Acoustics LA-8 amplified controllers proved very effective, with the audio portion of our package rounded out with our L'Acoustics 8Xt for dance floor & stage monitoring.

The lighting portion of our package consisted of our MA Command Wing and MA fader wing with Asus VT207N touch-screen monitors, all powered using an Intel NUC6i7KYK Mini PC, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7. Our instrument package consisted of Unique ll DMX Hazers, (8) Chauvet Rogue R2s, (10) ETC Luster S2s, and (8) ETC S4WRDs, all with EDLT lenses, (48) Colorblast TRXs with PDS-750 TRX and PDS - 375 Colorblast Power supplies, and Elation Opto Branch 4s for data distribution. Ground support for this package consisted of 10' pieces of brushed aluminum box truss.

We also provided Pipe & Drape for the event which consisted of 16 oz. velour 18' Drape Uprights, bases & crossbars. 

For power distribution we provided (1) Motion Labs ETL listed 400 Amp 3 Phase and (4) 50 Amp GFCI Spiders along will all necessary cabling and tie-in sets.

1/6 & 1/7/2017 - Harmony Artists Management APAP Event at The Hilton New York

On January 6th and 7th, 2017, Moore P.A. Hire, Inc. provided audio, lighting and video package for Harmony Artists Inc. APAP presentation in the Mercury Ballroom at the Hilton New York.

For audio, we provided our L'Acoustics dV system with (6) dV Dosc, (2) dV subs and (4) SB218 subs. For front fill, we used (2) of our L'Acoustics 112P.

For lighting, we illuminated the venue with a combination of (24) Phillips ColorBlasts TRX RGBAW LED. Our (12) GLP Volks Zoom, (10) of our Source 4WRD LED lights, (8) of our Rouge R2 moving heads. For lighting control we used our MAonPC command and fader wings with control signal distributed using our (7) wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby.

For power distribution, we used our Motion Labs breaker stringers.

Our 16 oz. velour pipe and drape provided suitable masking and in combination with our lights, created a beautiful backdrop for the band.
