1.14.26 & 1.15.26 - NYAC 9th Floor Lounge & Cardroom - Frequency Electronics

Moore PA Hire provided AV services for Frequency Electronics for their summit held at the New York Athletic Club, this event featured remote participants presenting content to the room in real time.

For audio we used (1) Yamaha DM7 for mix control, paired with the LA-4X amp rack and (8) X8 speakers around the lounge and card room; providing even, and clear room coverage. For audio input we used (1) Shure MX418C Gooseneck Cardioid mic for the podium and (4) ULXD1 Wireless Handheld mics for panels and Q&A.

For visual support, a 6M x 2M LED Wall was rigged onto (2) Genie ST-20 crank up stands, providing content and room display for Zoom presenters. The sessions were recorded and streamed with (3) Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras, all being fed into our LSE-1 rack. In addition we used (2) Aputure 300x lights for a stage wash, as well as Quasar T8 Tube lights to provide up-light for the blue drape we framed the stage with

1.9.26, 1.10.26, and 1.11.26 - New York Hilton Midtown - APAP

Moore PA returned to the Hilton Hotel on 6th Avenue for the annual APAP conference, providing AV services for one of the showcases that ran through the weekend. We recorded line-cuts and multi-tracked every performance, giving the option for the musicians to have a quality piece of content after the fact.

For audio needs we brought out our Yamaha QL5 mixer, paired with (2) Yamaha RIOs, and (8) L'Acoustics X8 speakers. We also, included (4) L'Acoustics 108P speakers for monitor mixes.

We supplied lighting for the event and recording which included (3) Aputure 300X units for stage wash. In addition we setup

For the video capture we brought in (4) Sony FR7's to the event. two of which were set up in the back of the room and the other two set up to the left and right of the audience. These were all fed into the LSE-2 rack for cam control and ultimately to our Atomos Sumo SE recorder. For best results we used (3) Aputure 300x lights with soft boxes for optimal stage wash. Lastly the shots came together with the addition of green drape and our Quadsar T8 Tube lights for uplight.

12.19.25 - Church of St. Paul The Apostle - Collegiate School Holiday Program

For this event, Moore PA Hire brought their audio and visual gear to support an event at the Church of St. Paul The Apostle. This gear included; lighting, audio system, tv monitors, and LED walls. 

Starting with audio, we set up (12) L'Acoustics X8 speakers, L'Acoustics LA-8 amp racks, L'Acoustics dV Sub, and spatial sound recording hardware, L'Acoustics L-ISA MkII providing, ample coverage of the church, and an immersive surround sound recording. For control we used (1) Yamaha DM-7 mixer for the stream and recording, and a Yamaha QL-5 for the PA system.
 
For video, we set up (2) VMX P2.6 LED screens, and (2) 85" LCD Displays for overflow; each displaying imag mirroring the livestream. For recording we used (5) Sony FR7 PTZ cameras and (1) Sony FX6, four of which were recorded in 4K with (2) Atomos Shogun Studio mkII units. The cuts were made with the Roland VR-120 and streamed with out LSE-2 rack.

12.04.25 - DGA Theater - WBD Task

 For this event, Moore PA brought out our 4k recording setup for Warner Bros Direct at the Director's Guild Theater on 57th st. Manhattan, this one features our premium recording package with a minimal footprint for space, lets dive in.

For audio needs we brought in a Yamaha DM-7 mixer, and (3) Shure ULXD4Q Wireless units to provide 12 channels of wireless audio for the Q&A, everyone getting a Shure ULXD2 handheld mic. The evet was then multi-tracked for maximum control in post-production.

For video needs we brought in (4) Sony FR-7 PTZ Cameras, two of which were equipped with Sony 70-200mm zoom lenses, allowing for tight shots of the speakers onstage. The were connected to our Production Bot Server for color balance and PTZ control with a Skaarhoj controller, the individual SDI feeds were also multi-tracked and recorded with (2) Atomos Shogun Studio II recorders, and (1) Atomos Sumo SE recorder, this left us with 4 ISO records in the shogun and one line cut recording in the Sumo, this was accomplished with a basic routing setup and 4K Blackmagic switcher.

12.03.25 - Public Hotel - Dior Masterclass


    Moore PA loaded into the Public Hotel to provide audio and visual services for a masterclass presented by Dior, we brought in staging, lighting, cameras, an audio system, and LED wall for a day of makeup training.

    Starting with audio, we setup (4) L'Acoustic X8 speakers powered by (1) LA-4 amp, and used (4) DPA Head worn mics giving a hands-free, clear sound for the room; these were fed into a Yamaha DM-7 mixer, giving complete control and balance of the sources.

    For video needs we setup a 5M Wide by 2.5M High LED Wall, using Gloshine 2.6P panels, with processing held in our Novastar MX40 rack. The centerpiece of this event was a live makeup demo, requiring the models to be displayed for the whole room on the screen, this was accomplished with (1) Sony FR-7 PTZ Camera, equipped with a 70mm-200mm zoom lens and 2X extender, this gave us a tight shot from the back of the room of the models onstage. In addition we also set up (1) 43" confidence monitor, with it's signal being received using a Hollyland 4k wireless transmitter and receiver. Content was fed to the wall via (2) laptops and (1) Roland VR-120 video switcher, lastly (1) Atomos Sumo SE was used to record a one-on-one interview with the artist leading the masterclass. 

    To cover staging needs we used (3) pieces of stage deck, fitted with black skirt and carpet, as well as (4) Aputure 300x spotlights setup in the corners of the room, this gave us ample lighting for the room and camera display.

12.02.25 - Yale Rooftop - IBM

    For this one the Moore PA team setup shop in the rooftop dining room of the Yale Club, providing AV services for an event presented by IBM

    To cover audio needs we used (4) L'Acoustics X8 speakers around the room, powered by an LA4 amp, for mics we used (1) Shure ULX4Q Wireless unit, providing 4 channels of wireless audio in this case for handheld mics, additionally we used one Shure MX418C Gooseneck podium mic. These were then fed into a Yamaha DM-3 mixers for room control and music playback.

    For video needs we setup (3) 70" LCD Displays and (1) Panasonic 8K Laser Projector, giving the room four displays for content, which was provided via (2) Dell Latitude laptops and (1) Roland VR-120 video switcher.

12.01.25 - Bowery Hotel - Gemma - Reebok

     Moore PA brought in and set up gear to the Bowery Hotel for a small event presented by Reebok, this one was a simple load-in, featuring presentations displayed on a 75" LCD TV over airplay, in addition we also had hard-wire connection from (2) Dell Latitude laptops routed into a Roland VR-50 MK2 for additional presentations, lastly we setup (1) Perfect Cue Mini for seamless slide control.
