06.10.24 - 06.13.24 - Intercontinental - A2IM

 The Moore PA Hire returned this year for another fantastic Indie Week at the Intercontinental Hotel in New York City to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services across three conference rooms for three consecutive days.  Let's jump in!

For audio, we began with (3) Yamaha RIO1608D and (3) Shure ULXD4Q providing each room with 4 channels of digital wireless audio.  For speakers, we used (12) L'Acoustic's X8.  For microphones, we used (18) Shure MX418C and (6) Shure handheld wireless mics.  For mixers, we used (1) Yamaha QL5 and (2) Yamaha DM3-D.  

For video, we began with (3) of our premier livestream and recording production racks - our LSE. Each  rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Tied into each rack were (2) birddog PTZ cameras to capture and record the event and (6) PTZ cameras overall.  For content, we built (3) LED walls, approximately 3.5m x 2m, using (2) Genie ST20s and (1) ground support kit.  Each LED wall comprised of (28) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (3) Novastar VX1000s.  Each wall was mixed by (1) Roland VR120, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.  Additionally, we provided (3)  TVs, to serve as a large confidence monitors. 

For lighting, we provided (3) Apture LS 300x with 26 and 36 lenses on C-Stands.  Additionally, for the stage, we provided drape and limit timers.

05.16.24 - Refinery Rooftop / Spectrum Reach

 The Moore PA Hire team returned to Refinery Rooftop to provide audio and video equipment and services for a presentation by Spectrum Reach.  Let's get started!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha DM3 mixer and (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 providing us with 4 channels of digital audio.  For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustic;s X8 and for microphones, we used (2) Headworn DPAs.

For video, we built a LED wall with our P2.6 panels using a ground support kit.  The wall was 5 panels x 9 panels and used (1) Novastar VX1000 processor.  To feed the content we used (1) Resolume Server to display a dynamic onto the screen and used (1) Yamaha VR120 with (3) Asus Zenbook Pros for content.  We also provided (1) 82" TV for content to be displayed in another area of the Rooftop.  We used (1) Production Bot and (2) Ikan Atlas Monitors for confidence monitors.  

Lastly, we provided (2) directors chairs and pipe and drape throughout the venue.

05.15.24 - Lee Equity at the New York Athletic Club

 The Moore PA Hire team once again returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for Lee Equity's annual meeting.  Here we go!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D and (1) Yamaha QL1 mixing board.  For speakers, we used (8) L'Acoustic X8 on stands.  For microphones, we used (1) ULXD4 providing us with 4 channels of digital audio.  We used a combination of (6) Shure MX418C, (3) Headworn DPA 4288, (4) ULXD1 and (4) ULXD2 throughout the event.  

For video, we began with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Tied into this were (3) birddog PTZ cameras to capture and record the event discreetly hung using Manfrotto AutoPoles.  For content, we built (2) LED walls, approximately 3.5m x 2m, using (2) Genie ST20s.  Each LED wall comprised of (28) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  This was mixed by (1) Roland VR120, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.  Additionally, we provided (3)  TVs, (2) 70" for content to be displayed in the cardamom and (1) 82" to serve as a large confidence monitor.   

For lighting, we provided (6) dimmable Quasar Science Q30 T8 and (4) ETC Lustr S2. We provided (24) wireless LED lights for both the cardroom and lounge and (4) Source 4 Mini's for hair lighting on the stage.  Lastly, we provided all the necessary pipe and drape for the stage and behind the LED walls.

05.06.24 & 05.07.24 - Refinery Rooftop - TikTok

 Moore PA Hire returned to Refinery Rooftop for a viewing of the Met Gala sponsored by TikTok to provide internet, audio, and video equipment and services.  Let's start!  

For internet, we provide climate resilient dual path dedicated fixed wireless internet access & local area wired and wireless. We installed a temporary dedicated internet connection and custom built turnkey local area network (LAN) and wireless area network (WLAN) in order to offer the highest standards of reliability, speed, and network intelligence.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL1 and (2) Yamaha RIO1608D.  For speakers, we provided (6) 108P L'Acoustic's and all the necessary stands and cables, tying them into the Refinery Rooftop's house system for bolstered audio.   

For video, we used (1) Roland VR120 video switcher with (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros to easily between content and the MetGala livestream.  We also provided (6) Decimator MD-HK with all the necessary cables to connect all the TVs together and convert the connection from HDMI to SDI.
