09.15.26 - NYAC - 9th Floor Lounge & Cardroom - M & A Advisor

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide full-service event production for M & A Advisor, supporting programming across both the 9th Floor Lounge and Cardroom. Our team handled audio, video, lighting, LED display, multi-camera capture, livestreaming, photography, and a dedicated interview setup throughout the event. With several different production elements happening across the two rooms, the goal was to create a refined experience for guests while giving each space the technical setup it needed.

In the Lounge, we built the main program around an 8M x 2.5M P 2.6 LED display, with processing by NovaStar MX-40 & CVT-10 and controlled by our Pixelhue P-20 and U5 workflow. Three Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras provided multi-angle coverage for recording and livestreaming, and our Aputure fixtures and uplighting helped create a clean, balanced look throughout the room. Audio was mixed on our Yamaha DM-7C console and delivered through an L'Acoustics Syva system with L'Acoustics 5Xt fills and X8 for the adjacent conjoined event space, the Cardroom, supporting the lectern and wireless microphones used throughout the program.

The Cardroom served as a dedicated M & A TV interview and secondary production space. Two additional Sony FR-7 cameras were paired with our Production Bot switching and streaming system and Yamaha DM3 audio rack, allowing our team to capture interviews independently from the main Lounge production. Aputure 400X fixtures,  Nanlite PavoTube II 30C RGB LED 4' Tube light kits with 85" completing our set-up for a polished on camera environment

08.30.26 - The Whitby Hotel - Vox Media - Pretty Tough Podcast

Moore PA Hire provided video production and multi-camera recording for a live taping of Vox Media's Pretty Tough podcast at The Whitby Hotel, featuring Maria Sharapova and Hannah Burner, presented by Amazon Prime. Working alongside the venue's AV team, our crew built a dedicated video and lighting setup designed around the podcast's live audience while delivering the individual camera recordings and program cut needed for post-production.

For the taping, we positioned (2) Sony FR-7 cameras along the theatre stage to capture a tight shot of the speakers, and (1) Sony FR-7 to capture a wide shot of the full stage. Our camera package included (2) Sony 70-200mm and 28-135mm lenses with Skaarhoj PTZ control, giving our team the flexibility to frame and follow the conversation throughout the show. We recorded all (3) isolated camera feeds along with a live line cut, providing Vox Media with both the finished program recording and individual angles for editing after the event.

To create a clean, balanced look on camera, we supplemented the theater lighting with (2) Aputure 400X fixtures and a Nanlite lighting package positioned around the stage. The conversation was captured with (2) Shure SM7dB microphones, while our Production Bot and Atomos Sumo systems supported the recording workflow and on-site production. Following tech check, our crew recorded the hour-long podcast from start to finish and prepared the media for delivery to the Vox Media production team.

07.22.26 - NYAC - Hall of Fame - H.O.F Press Conference

    For this one the Moore PA team did an event on the 2nd floor hall of fame at the New York Athletic Club for USA Track and Field; we provided room audio, line cut recording, and a stream for athlete interviews. 

    For audio we used (1) LA-4X amp rack, powering (4) X8 speakers around the room, all controlled with a Yamaha DM-3D mixer. For mic input we used (3) ULXD2 SM58 wireless handheld mics and (1) Shure ULXD8 Cardioid Gooseneck podium mic; all received by (1) Shure ULXD4Q receiver patched by Dante into the system.

For video we used (2) 75" LCD Displays for client branding, though the main attraction was (3) Sony FR-7 PTZ cams for the line cut broadcast to the client YouTube channel. Two of the cams were positioned in the rear sides of the room with 70-200m zoom lenses, while one was placed directly in front on the cabinet directly in front of the stage, allowing for optimal angles of the athletes, the adaptability being crucial to working in rooms that are not used as venue space. The czamerea feed was put into our LSE-2 rack and cut using vMix Pro. Lastly, we brought in (2) Aputure 300x lights with barn doors for a better stage wash, check out some pics below!

 

07.16.26 - NYAC - 9th Floor Lounge & Cardroom - Starlight Insight

    Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide live event production, multi-stage AV services, and video capture for Starlight Insight. With the event taking place across two rooms simultaneously, our team ran concurrent setups in both the 9th Floor Lounge and the Cardroom. Because this event prioritized both the in-person experience and high-quality recording for later use, we optimized our room layouts, displays, and lighting to ensure seamless presentation flow for attendees and clean capture for the recording.

In the 9th Floor Lounge main stage, the centerpiece of our display setup was our 9M x 3M Gloshine LED screen powered by our Novastar MX-40 processor, and controlled with a Pixelhue P-20 and U5 setup. To capture the main program, we positioned (3) Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras in the room doorways on auto-poles, each paired with an Aputure 300 light for balanced stage lighting for the many presenters who would join the stage. For audio, we deployed an L'Acoustics Syva system with (4) 5XT speakers driven by an LA-4 amp rack and mixed on our Yamaha DM7 console, supplying impeccable audio feed for our podium mic and (5) wireless handhelds. We also placed (2) 85" TVs in the hallway and Cardroom corners for overflow viewing.

Over on the Cardroom stage, we deployed two separate 3.5M x 2M VMX LED walls. One acted as the primary stage backdrop, and another elevated on Genie ST-20 stands behind the bar for artwork display, both driven by another MX-40 rack. Capture for this stage was handled by (2) additional Sony FR-7 cameras with C-stand mounted Aputure 300s and S4 minis for hairlight. Sound in the Cardroom was driven by (4) L'Acoustics X8 speakers and mixed on a Yamaha QL5 console. Operating two stages at once required tight communication, which our team coordinated effortlessly using our Eartec comms kit to deliver flawless results across the entire 9th floor.

07.16.26 - NYAC - President's Room - Leo Berwick

    Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide live event production and corporate AV services for an executive presentation with Leo Berwick in the President’s Room. Because this event was tailored for an intimate, in-person audience rather than a live stream or broadcast, our production team optimized the room layout and equipment placement to prioritize the attendee's experience.

To support the event's visual needs, the focal point of the stage was our high-resolution VMX LED wall mounted with ground support, giving slide decks and presentation materials sharp, high-visibility across the room. We ran signal through our Novastar MX30 processor and operated content switching with our Roland VR-120, supported by dual Dell laptop servers for seamless slide transitions and instant visual cueing. To keep presenters confident and comfortable on stage, we provided our 43-inch confidence monitor at the foot of the stage near the podium for seamless presentations.

For audio, we deployed (6) L’Acoustics X8 speakers powered by our LA-4X amp rack, delivering even and clear sound coverage designed specifically for the room's acoustics. Front-of-house control was handled with a compact Yamaha DM3 digital console paired with our Shure ULXD wireless kit. This setup gave us clean, reliable signal control for our dedicated podium microphone as well as (5) wireless handheld mics for active Q&A sessions. The result was a clean, modern setup that delivered full presentation power without cluttering the space.

06.08.26 - 06.11.26 - InterContinental Times Square - A2IM Indie Week '26

Moore PA Hire provided full-service event production for A2IM Indie Week '26 at the InterContinental Times Square, supporting four days of programming across multiple event spaces. Our team handled audio, video, lighting, LED displays, multi-camera capture, staging, and presentation support throughout the event. With several different production elements happening across the venue, the goal was to create a refined experience for guests while giving each space the technical setup it needed.

In the Gotham I and Gotham III rooms, we built the main programs around two large P2.6 LED displays, supported by our NovaStar processing and Pixelhue P-20 workflow. Six Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras provided multi-angle coverage across the two rooms, with our LSE recording systems handling program capture throughout the event. Audio was mixed across our Yamaha DM7 and QL5 consoles and delivered through L'Acoustics X8 systems, with wireless handhelds and podium microphones supporting presentations, panels, and audience Q&A.

Additional programming took place in the Central Park room, where we provided another multi-camera recording setup with two Sony FR-7s, an 85" display, Yamaha DM3 audio system, L'Acoustics X8 speakers, and presentation switching. For Wednesday's programming, our team also outfitted the Private Dining Room with a dedicated AV system for its panel sessions, including another 85" display, Yamaha DM3 audio, and a Roland VR-50 switcher.

Across the venue, our team managed simultaneous presentations, panel discussions, video recording, sponsor displays, and daily content capture while keeping each room operating as part of one connected production. With multiple stages running throughout the week, careful planning and coordination kept the experience consistent from the first session through final load out.
