09.19.23 - Amatuer Athletic Union at the New York Athletic Club

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club's 9th floor lounge to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the annual James E. Sullivan aware ceremony.  Let's begin!

For audio, we began with (1) Yahama QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D.  For microphones, we provide (1) Shure MX418C podium microphone, along with (1) Shure ULXD4Q to give us four channels of wireless microphones for on stage interviews.  For speakers, we provided (8) L'Acoustics X8 and (2) L'Acoustics 108p.

For video, we built (2) LED walls, approximately 11ft x 5ft, each comprising of (21) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  This was mixed and controlled by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros. 

For lighting, we provided (6) ETC Luster Series 2 and (24) wireless uplights.  Additionally, we set up (6) Quasar Science Q30 T8 for upstage drape lighting.

09.07.23 - FDNY Foundation Fundraiser

 Moore PA Hire provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the FDNY Foundation Fundraiser at the FDNY Training Academy. Let's dive into it!

For audio, we began wtih (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1680D.  For speakers, we rolled in (10) L'Acoustics 112P and (6) L'Acoustcs 108P.

For video, we provided (2) 10ft x 7ft LED walls, each consisting of (24) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  These were flown from (2) Genie ST-25 crank up stands.  We also built (1) 7ft x 3ft LED wall using (4) P3.9 panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S.  Additionally, we rolled in (2) 85" TVs, (4) 82" TVs, (2) 70" TVs, and (2) 65" TVs.  All LED walls and TVs were tied into (4) PTZ Birddog Cameras.  For content serving, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti network setup.  With LSE-1, we were able to feed the FDNY's mobile LED truck and display their drone feed to all screens.  As requested by the FDNY, they wanted to create the illusion of flames burning in the windows of one of their training facilities through (3) LCD Displays which was not a problem with the use of LSE-2.  Built into this rack is (1) Resolume Arena server, (1) Ubiquiti 150W PoE switch for scalable connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti networking setup power by the Uniquiti Dream Machine Pro.  Loaded with the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, as well as Da Vinci Resolve and Shutter Encoder, allows us to ingest, create, and edit high quality video content ahead of time and during the event before feeding independent streams to multiple destinations.  

For lighting, we provided (10) Luster Series-2, (42) Colorblast TRX, (4) Colorblast PSU, (8) Rogue R2, and (24) Wireless LED uplights.  In addition, we provided (2) Haze DMX machines to create  smoke coming out of the "burning" training facility.

07.01.23 - Johnnie Walker Pop-Up at Red Bull Arena

  Moore PA Hire headed across the water to the Red Bull Arena to join forces with Proof Media for the Johnnie Walker pop-up in the fan zone for a recent NY Gothams home game. Our brief was to provide (1) 8ft x 7ft LED wall to serve as a dynamic "window" behind the bartenders.

We built a ground-supported LED wall comprising of (27) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX1000. We provided (1) Razer Blade 15 Advanced laptop running Resolume Arena to serve the client-provided content. We provided all necessary cabling to feed power to the pop-up as well as a generator to run throughout the length of the event.

Finally, we provided (24) ADJ WiFly LED uplights to be used in the space.

06.28.23 - Annaly Capital at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire headed to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, and remote conferencing equipment and services for the annual Annaly Capital general meeting. Let's dive in.

For audio, we began (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608-D. For speakers, we laid out (4) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. For microphones, we provided (1) Shure MX418C podium microphone, along with (2) Shure ULXD4Q to give us eight channels of wireless microphones, one for each table around the room.

For video, we first set up the equipment for the in-room content. This was mixed and controlled by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros. For displaying said content, we built (2) 10ft x 6ft LED walls, each comprising (28) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s. 

Then we turned our sights on the remote video conferencing aspect, to allow speakers and attendees joining on Zoom to seamlessly participate and interact with those attending in person. We rolled in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this was (3) Birddog P4K cameras so that those on Zoom could see the speakers and attendees in the room. The rack interfaced with the Roland VR50HD so that it could both send and receive video content to ensure all attendees would have the same experience, whether they were at NYAC or in their own homes.

06.27.23 - The Top50 Pizza Awards for Manno Media at Chelsea Market

  Moore PA Hire pulled in to the dock at Chelsea Market to provide audio, video, recording and livestreaming, staging and lighting equipment and services for the Top50 Pizza Awards, produced by Manno Media, as they celebrated the best pizzamakers from around the United States.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Shure ULXD4Q providing 4 channels of wireless mics. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p.

For video, we rolled in (4) 82" TV. To act as the hub for the event, we brought in (1) Production Bot Switch 8. Tied into this were (2) Birddog P4K to record  and livestream the event, as well as (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro to serve the client-provided PDF slides. The livestream was beamed the client's Facebook page, Youtube page, and Moore PAs bespoke Content Delivery Network, Streamy.Cloud. 

For staging we provided (1) 12ft x 8ft stage on 16 inch legs, as well as (1) acrylic podium. For lighting we provided (4) ETC Luster Series 2.

06.16.23 - Bulliet Bourbon Event with Proof Media

 Moore PA Hire teamed up once again with Proof Media provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the Bulliet Bourbon "Spirits & Lyrics" event.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For inputs, we provided (2) Shure ULXD4Q giving us eight channels of wireless mics. For speakers, we brought in (6) L'Acoustics 112p, (2) L'Acoustics 108p, (2) L'Acoustics SB15p, and (2) L'Acoustics SB218. 

For video, we built (1) 10ft x 6ft LED wall comprising (14) Infiled P3.9 LED panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S. This was fed by Resolume Arena running on (1) Razer Blade 15 Advanced.

For lighting, we provided (6) ETC Luster Series 2. We also brought in (24) ADJ WiFly LED Uplights.

06.15.23 - Perrin Conference at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the 9th floor lounge at the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, an lighting equipment and services for the annual Perrin Conferences. Let's go!

For audio, we provided (8) Shure MX418C for the presenters on stage, along with (2) Shure ULX P4 wireless handheld microphones for Q&A. The show was mixed using (1) Mackie DL16S. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 108p.

For video, we began with (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. For displays, we provided (2) Optoma ZU850 8K Laser projectors, paired with (2) AC Stumpfl 10ft x 6ft projection screens.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Luster Series 2. Finally, we provided (1) DSAN Limitmer to keep the event rolling along.
