09.28.23 - National Judicial College at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to The New York Athletic Club to provide audio and video equipment and services to the National Judicial College.  Let's go!

For audio, we provided (1) Shure MX418 podium-style microphone and (1) Shure ULXD4Q to give us four channels of wireless audio on an as needed basis.  These were mixed and controlled by (1) Mackie DL1608.  For sound, we used (4) CP-8 QSC speakers.  

For video, we provided (1) Roland VR50HD to mix and control content served from (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros on to (2) 85" TV displays.

09.27.23 - Mosaic Ventures at the Chelsea Hotel

 Moore PA Team headed to the Chelsea Hotel to provide audio and video equipment and services for Mosaic Ventures' Zoom presentations.  Let's dive in.

For audio, we began with (1) RIO 16D and (1) Yamaha QL 5.  For microphones, we provided (16) 18" Desk-Top Mounted Podium Mics and (3) Directional Headset Mics.  

For video, we provided (2) 85" TVs to display content as well as Zoom meetings.  For all speakers and attendees joining on Zoom to seamlessly participate and interact with those attending in person, we rolled in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgrear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Tied into this was (3) Birddog P4K cameras so that those on Zoom could see the speakers and attendees in the room.  Additionally, we provided (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.

09.19.23 - Amatuer Athletic Union at the New York Athletic Club,

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club's 9th-floor lounge to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the annual AAU James E. Sullivan awards ceremony.  Let's begin!

For audio, we began with (1) Yahama QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D.  For microphones, we provide (1) Shure MX418C podium microphone, along with (1) Shure ULXD4Q to give us four channels of wireless microphones for on-stage interviews.  For speakers, we provided (8) L'Acoustics X8 and (2) L'Acoustics 108p.

For video, we built (2) LED walls, approximately 11ft x 5ft, each comprising (21) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  This was mixed and controlled by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros. 

For lighting, we provided (6) ETC Luster Series 2 and (24) wireless uplights.  Additionally, we set up (6) Quasar Science Q30 T8 for upstage drape lighting.

09.18.23 - BBAC Conference at the Yale Club

 Moore P.A. Hire once again returned to the Yale Club for the US Baltic Strategic Investment Summit to provide audio and video equipment and services.  Let's being.

For audio, we began with (1) Yahama RIO 1608D and (2) Shure ULXD4-G50 to provide us 8 digital audio channels.  For microphones, we used (6) Shure MX418C -18" Gooseneck microphones and (2) ULXD2 handled held microphones all mixed by (1) Yahama QL1.  For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics 108P.   

For video, we used (4) 85" LCD Displays to show content from (2) Asus Zenbook Pros using (1) Roland VR-50 MKII.  Additionally, we provided (1) Limittimer and (1) Perfect Cue to make sure the presentations went timely and smoothly.  Lastly, we provided (2) Ikan Confidence monitors for our stage presenters.

09.16.23 - JMSA at the Yale Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the Yale Club to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the annual JMSA dinner.  Let's start.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha RIO 16D and (1) Yamaha QL1.  For microphones, we used (6) Shure MX418C, (1) Shure ULXD4Q-G50, (4) ULXD2, and (4) ULXD1.  For speakers, we used (4) L'Acoustics 112P and (4) L'Acoustics 108P.  

For video, we used (3) Birddog PTZ Cameras to record our content.  For content serving, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti network setup.  All content was presented by (2) Asus Zenbook Pros on (4) 82" TV Display fed by (1) Roland VR-120HD AV Mixer.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 and (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8s.

09.07.23 - FDNY Foundation Fundraiser

 Moore PA Hire provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the FDNY Foundation Fundraiser at the FDNY Training Academy. Let's dive into it!

For audio, we began wtih (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1680D.  For speakers, we rolled in (10) L'Acoustics 112P and (6) L'Acoustcs 108P.

For video, we provided (2) 10ft x 7ft LED walls, each consisting of (24) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  These were flown from (2) Genie ST-25 crank up stands.  We also built (1) 7ft x 3ft LED wall using (4) P3.9 panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S.  Additionally, we rolled in (2) 85" TVs, (4) 82" TVs, (2) 70" TVs, and (2) 65" TVs.  All LED walls and TVs were tied into (4) PTZ Birddog Cameras.  For content serving, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti network setup.  With LSE-1, we were able to feed the FDNY's mobile LED truck and display their drone feed to all screens.  As requested by the FDNY, they wanted to create the illusion of flames burning in the windows of one of their training facilities through (3) LCD Displays which was not a problem with the use of LSE-2.  Built into this rack is (1) Resolume Arena server, (1) Ubiquiti 150W PoE switch for scalable connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti networking setup power by the Uniquiti Dream Machine Pro.  Loaded with the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, as well as Da Vinci Resolve and Shutter Encoder, allows us to ingest, create, and edit high quality video content ahead of time and during the event before feeding independent streams to multiple destinations.  

For lighting, we provided (10) Luster Series-2, (42) Colorblast TRX, (4) Colorblast PSU, (8) Rogue R2, and (24) Wireless LED uplights.  In addition, we provided (2) Haze DMX machines to create  smoke coming out of the "burning" training facility.
