11.13.22 - The Rockaway Hotel Memorial Service

Moore PA Hire headed to The Rockaway Hotel to provide audio, video, and staging equipment and services for the Celebration of Life of George Farrell.

For video, we began with twelve panels of Infiled P3.9 LED wall. These were assembled and flown from (1) 12ft stick of box truss. The LEDs were controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S, which in turn was fed by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2. The content was served from (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro.

For audio, we rolled in (4) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics 108P  For microphones we provided (1) Shure MX418C podium-style mic as well as (1) Shure ULXD4Q. The whole system was tied together by (1) Yamaha QL-1.

Finally, we built a 24ft x 6ft stage on 2ft legs.

12.30.21 - FDNY Line of Duty Funeral for FF Joseph W Maiello

Moore PA Hire headed down to Staten Island to provide video and audio equipment and services for the FDNY as they celebrated and mourned the loss of one of their own.

Our scope of work was to provide audio and video distribution throughout the route of the procession. 

Our audio package consisted of Yamaha QL-1 and L'Acoustics Line array and self-powered speakers. 

For video we built (2) LED video walls 9ft wide by 6ft high supported by our Genie ST-20. For control, we used our Roland VR-50HD Mk2 and Novastar VX4S processing.

12.13.21 - Ivy League at The New York Athletic Club

Moore PA Hire pulled into the dock at The New York Athletic Club to provide video, audio, and remote presenting equipment and services for the Ivy League's event in the 9th-floor lounge.

For video, we provided (1) Production Bot Switch 8 running vMix Pro. This served all video and graphical content to the (2) 82 inch TVs, as well as providing the facility for one award recipient to receive their award remotely. Additionally, we set up (1) Birddog P4K PTZ camera to provide the remote presenter with a view of the ceremony.

For audio, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112P speakers as well as (1) Yamaha QL-1 to drive the production.

01.11.2019 - FDNY Line of Duty Funeral for FF Stephen Pollard

On the 11th of January Moore PA Hire inc. provided audio distribution services to the Fire Department of New York for approximately 12,000 members who attended the line of duty funeral mass for FF Stephen Pollard.

For audio, we provided our L'Acoustics dV Dosc system, complete with dV Amp Rack containing L'Acoustics LA-8. For additional audio distribution, we provided all L'Acoustic 112P and 108P. We used our Yamaha QL-1 for audio control and a Mackie 1202VLZ3 for additional local audio control of the multiple delay towers spread out across 6 City blocks. For ground support we provided Genie ST 20, Mobiltech ALP-5, and L-16 winch lifts.

For power we provided (1) Honda EU3000is

01.05.2019 - Grab Entertinment at APAP at the New York Hilton Midtown

On the 5th of January 2019 Moore PA Hire provided sound and lighting equipment and services for Grab Entertainment showcases during APAP in the Madison Suite at the New York Hilton Midtown.

For audio, we provided Yamaha QL1 and Yamaha Rio 1608D digital stage box. As this was one of multiple showcase rooms for which we were providing AV on this very busy weekend, the self-powered speakers for this showcase event consisted of all L'Acoustic 108P for monitors and L'Acoustics 112P & SB15P for FOH, while our mic package consisted of Shure SM58, Shure SM57, and Shure B 52.

To round out this package, we also provided a combination of ETC Source 4WRD for lighting, a 16'W x 12'D x 1'H stage and also pipe and drape for presentation and acoustic dampening.

11/7/18 - Wharton CIO Leaders in Alternative Investments Summit at the New York Athletic Club

On 11.7.18 Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided audio and video systems for the Wharton "CIO Leaders in Alternative Investments" summit at the New York Athletic Club on the 9th, 10th & 11th floors for which we provided AV services for all three floors. 

9th Floor
For audio, we mixed the show with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608. For speakers we provided (8) L'Acoustic 112P. For microphones we provided (1) Shure MX418, (1) Shure UR2 handheld microphones, (5) Shure UR1 beltpacks with Shure MX185 lavalier microphones. All microphones were handled with ease by our Shure UR4D receiver rack.

For video, we provided (1) Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E  and Moore PA Hire Macbook Pro 15" to serve the client provided powerpoint presentation. To display the content we used our Optoma ZU850 Lazer projector and 6'x10' AV Stumpfl projection screen. 

To interface with the system, we provided (1) Perfect Cue Mini and (1) Limitimer Staging Kit Pro-2000.

For audio, we provided (1) Mackie DL1608, (3) L'Acoustic 112P, and (5) Shure MX418 microphones.

10th Floor - Presidents Room
For audio, we provided (1) Mackie DL1608, (3) L'Acoustic 112P, and (6) Shure MX418 microphones.

11th Floor - Main Dining Room
For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1, (2) Shure UR4D dual channel UHF system, (1) Shure MX418 , and (4) L'Acoustic 112P.

For video, we provided (1) Roland VR 50HD and (1) Moore PA Hire Macbook Pro 15". To display the content we provided (2) Sharp Aquos 80" screens and (1) Sharp Aquos 70" screen, all with AJA Hi5 SDI to HDMI converters

11/19/18 - Boxing Invitational at The New York Athletic Club

On November 19th Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided audio and video systems for the Arthur Mercante boxing invitational at the New York Athletic Club in their gymnasium.
For video, we provided a multi-cam IMAG & recording package of the event with our self-built LSE rack which consists of the Blackmagic Design ATEM 1, the Blackmagic Design Hyperdeck Studio Pro 2, the Blackmagic Design Smartscope Duo 4K Dual 6G-SDI Monitor. The event was captured by our three Panasonic AJ-PX270 Camcorders. The live video of the event, along pre-recorded video spots created for playback, were played on our 80'' Sharp AQUOS LED TVs, Sanyo PLC-WM5500 LCD High Definition Projector with MD-HX convertors from Decimator Designs. The pre-recroded content and audio files were served by our Production Bot Switch 8 Portable live broadcast studio.
For audio, we used our Shure UR4D Wireless Microphone through our L'Acoustic 112P speakers. All of the audio was mixed using our Yamaha QL1 Digital Console.
