02.03.22 - Citizen's Budget Commission at The New York Athletic Club

  Moore PA Hire loaded in to the New York Athletic Club to provide video, audio, and lighting equipment and services for the Citizen's Budget Commission for another edition of their monthly press conference breakfasts with notable leaders from the New York metro area. Our scope of work was to cater to the in-person audience, as well as livestream and record the program for their wider audience.

For video, we began with (3) Birddog P4K. The camera feeds were fed into (1) Production Bot Switch 8, built around vMix Pro. The line cut as well as isolated camera recordings were also recorded internally and later transcoded before hand-off.

We livestreamed the program on Moore PA's proprietary content deliver network - Streamy.Cloud. This gave our client the ability to create an entirely branded and customizable watch-page to privately distribute amongst their audience far and wide.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For microphones we laid out (3) Shure MX418 podium-style microphones on short-stands. For speakers we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics 108P to ensure optimal coverage across the room. 

For staging we provided green velour pipe & drape to set the stage. 

For lighting we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 for front-light as well as (4) Quasars to uplight the client-provided branded backdrop.

10.19.21 - Carbon Direct at The Crosby Street Hotel

HYBRID EVENT

Moore PA Hire, Inc. pulled out all the stops for this fully hybrid conference over 2 days. This clean-energy and carbon-capture event featured in-person presenters and attendees, right alongside remote presenters and attendees. The key to the "new normal" of hybrid is to ensure easy communication between in-person and remote participants at every step of the way. To that end, we set-up (2) 82" TVs, (2) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (1) Macbook Pro 15", and (1) of our vMix Pro servers. As for audio, we powered everything with (1) Yamaha QL-1, connecting wired and wireless microphones as well as (4) L'Acoustics 108P.

HYBRID EVENT

To that end, we set-up (2) 82" TVs & (2) 70" TVs, (4) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (2) Macbook Pro 15", (1) of our vMix Pro servers, and (1) Production Bot Switch 8. As for audio, we connected everything with (1) Yamaha QL-1, (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D, (4) Shure MX418 podium microphones as well as (4) L'Acoustics 108P. For lighting we provided (2) Lustr S2 fixtures and for staging we brought in (5) 6ft x 4ft decks.

09.23.21 - Aktiv Against Cancer at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire, Inc. headed up to the 20th floor of the New York Athletic Club to set up for the annual Aktiv Against Cancer event. We loaded in (1) 70" TV as well as (1) Production Bot Switch 8 for video and presentation content. On the audio side of things we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1, (4) L'Acoustics 112p, and a selection of wired and wireless microphones to cover all bases. Check out some photos below from the event:

09.22.21 - US-Spain Chamber of Commerce at IESE Business School

 LIVESTREAM

Moore PA Hire, Inc. returned to IESE Business School to produce a livestream with the US-Spain Chamber of Commerce. The event was the "Transatlantic Economic Conference" and featured numerous speakers from the US as well as abroad. This fireside chat style program featured an in-person audience as well as those watching online. To tick every box for this livestream, we provided (3) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (4) Neewer 1x1 LED panels, (1) Production Bot Switch 8, (1) Yamaha QL-1, and a selection of wired and wireless microphones.

12.03.19 - CFO Forecast @ Crains New York

On a freezing day in December Moore PA Hire began setting up video and audio equipment for a multi-cam record and broadcast of the CFO Forecast event at Crains New York. Let's jump in!

For audio, we started with (1) Mackie DL1608 and (4) L'Acoustics 108P. For microphones we provided (6) Shure UR4-D with handheld microphones, along with various USB Audio DAC to interface with our video centre, (1) Production Bot Switch 8.

For cameras, we rigged up (2) Panasonic HE-130s on C-Stands, controlled via (1) Panasonic RP-120. To round out the inputs we provided (1) Macbook Pro 15" to serve the client-provided powerpoint and graphics. With all the inputs running into the Production Bot, we cut a program record for the client's archive, as well as broadcast the event out to an unlisted Youtube link provided by Moore PA Hire for easy viewing online.

11/15/18 - US Rowing Golden Oars at The New York Athletic Club

On the 15th of November 2018 Moore PA Hire provided lighting, audio, video and camera equipment and services for the US Rowing Golden Oars event at the New York Athletic Club.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustic 112P and (4) L'Acoustic 108P. For microphones we provided (2) Shure MX 418, (2) Shure UR2 handheld microphones handled with ease by our Shure UR4D receiver rack.

For video and camera, we provided our premier switching and recording rack. Engineered with (1) Blackmagic design Atem 2 M/E and (2) Blackmagic Design Hyperdeck Studio Pro 4K. The system was operated by (1) Atem Advanced Panel and (1) Ikan Studio and Field monitor. To serve the client provided graphics, powerpoint, and video spots we provided (1) Production Bot Switch 8. For cameras we provided (3) Panasonic PX-270 equipped with (3) Atomos Shogun Inferno 4K. To display the camera feeds and content we provided (2) Sharp Aquos 80" screens and (2) Sharp Aquos 70" screens, paired with (4) AJA Hi5 SDI to HDMI converters.

For lighting, we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2, all with EDLT lenses, and (4) Impact Turtle Base C-Stands. We also provided (12) RGBA LED Strips for stage backdrop lighting.

For pipe & drape we provided (2) 12'x13' panels of black velour drape with all uprights and crossbars necessary.
