10/27/2016 - Pinterest NYC - Halloween office event

On October 27, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Moore P.A. Hire, Inc. was asked to provide audio, video and lighting for a Pinterest event at their NYC office. Our audio system was supported by our Pioneer DJM 850  4 channel mixer, along with our Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus, all controlled from our Yamaha QL-1. Our (8) L' Acoustics 8Xt compact speakers evenly and discretely distributed the event audio throughout their office event space, while our self powered L’Acoustics 108P speakers kept the DJ happy! Our L'Acoustics LA8 4 channel amplified controller provide power and processing for the 8 XT speakers, along with (2) of our L' Acoustics SB15P self powered subwoofers. 

For lighting, we used a combination of (24) of our Phillips Color Blast TRX RGBAW and (12) of our RGBA strip LED lights to create the mood and realize the clients' designers vision through their choice of colors.  We also used (2) of our Source 4WRD lights to project leaf patterned break-ups onto the ceilings. Lighting control was from our MA on PC command wing and distributed using (6) of our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby.

The video system consisted of (2) AV Stumpfl Monoblox S32 6' x 10' 8 screens with rear projection surfaces in place. Their custom content was served from our two of our Macbook Pros and we used our Sanyo 6K projectors.
For the finishing touches we provided approx 200' of 16 oz. black velour pipe and drape.

10/23/16 - Jóhann Jóhannsson with ACME curated by LPR Presents at Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph

On October 23, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire provided AV & lighting packages for LPR Presents at the historic Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph on Pacific Street in Brooklyn for Jóhann Jóhannsson with ACME.

For audio, we used our Yamaha QL5 32  Digital Mixer, along with our Yamaha RIO1608 Dante-compatible stage box. Audio was split to both our console and also WNYC using our Ramlatch 52 channel snake system. This audio was recorded by WNYC for editing and broadcast at a later date.
FO FOH we use our L'Aoustics dV Dosc system. We used our (2) Genie ST 20 crank up standssupport for (12) L' Acoustics active 2-way Dv Dosc speakers. Our LA-8 amp rack with (3) L'Acoustics LA-8 amplified controllers provided power and processing for both the dV Dosc and SB218 subs. (6) of our L' Acoustics 108P self-powered compact speakers were used for monitors and for front-fill and out fill w used our L’Acoustic SB15P subwoofers & L'Acoustics 112P. We also provided an assortment of mics and stands to compliment the Artists' extensive selection of high end mics.

For lighting, we illuminated the alter of this beautiful church with a combination of (24) Phillips ColorBlasts TRX RGBAW LED, (12) GLP Volkslight, (10) RGBA LED strips, (10) Birdes, (10) of our Source 4WRDs for a "stage" wash and to add to the aura of the event. Lighting control we used our MAonPC command and fader wings and these control signals were then distributed using our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby.

10/18/2016 - Revlon event at the Refinery Hotel

On October 18, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire provided sound and lighting support for a media only c event for the Revlon brand at the prestigious Refinery hotel to officially announce Ciara as Revlon's new global ambassador.

For sound, we used our L’Acoustic 112p self powered speakers supported by our L'Acoustics SB 218 which powered and processed by our L'Acoustics LA-8 4 channel high efficiency amplifier. Sound design was for the 120 select guests. Ciara used her custom Shure UR2 for which we provided a frequency matched Shure UR4D. We also provided an Avid Venue SC 48 for audio control and Sennheiser G3 in-ear monitors.

For lighting, we used our ETC Source 4WRD, control was distributed using our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby. We illuminated the beautiful up-stage wall with a combination of (12) Phillips ColorBlasts TRX RGBAW LED fixtures.

10/15/16 - Atlas Obscura - Greenwood Cemetery

On October 15, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire, Inc. provided sound and lighting for Atlas Obscura at an event which was held in the Greenwood Cemetery.

For band support inside the Catacombs, we supplied sound by way of our L’Acoustics 112P self powered speakers, controlled from our Yamaha QL-1 for the band "Sun Ra Archestra". Our assortment of microphones and (8) Black Manhasset metal stands with clip lights were utilized by the band along with our Yamaha 5-piece drum kit. For lighting, we used (12) of our Phillips Color Blast TRX RGBAW LED lights to up-light the walls of this amazing venue with the client's choice of color, Red.
Audio support for the outdoor Jazz ensemble used our Soundcraft MF XI Analog console along with Radial D2 and Shure ULX P4 single channel receiver system with (2) of our L’Acoustics 108P self-powered compact speakers.
