09.28.22 - INREV at the New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire was thrilled to return to the New York Athletic Club to provide video, audio, and lighting equipment and services in the President's Room for the INREV conference.

 For video, we provided (4) 82inch TVs and (2) 70inch TV , fed by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2 mixing graphics feeds from (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL1, (1) Yamah,a Rio 1608d to control. We provided (6) Shure MX418C and (4) Wirless handheld microphones. For speakers we provided (6) L'Acoustics 112Ps.

For lighting, we provided (24) WiFly RGB LED uplights and (2) ETC Lustr S2.

09.21.22 Permanent Mission of Thailand to the UN

 Moore PA Hire arrived at The Permanent Mission of Thailand to the UN to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services as they hosted a high-level broadcast featuring world leaders during UN Week. Let's dive in!

For video, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4Ks to capture the event. The livestream was beamed to UN TV via Moore PA's own CDN. Additionally, we sent a secondary feed to the in-venue AV team to be displayed on their screens. We provided (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro to serve the client provided slides, with client-provided videos served from withing vMix Pro

For audio, we provided (9) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones. These were mixed and controlled by a combination of (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. Finally, we provided (6) L'Acoustics 108P for the in-room audience to hear the presentations and discussion.

09.19.22 OECD at The Irish Consulate

 Moore PA Hire headed uptown to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services for The Irish Consulate as they hosted an event with OECD during UN Week. Let's jump in!

For video, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4Ks to capture the event. The livestream was beamed to the OECD Zoom Webinar. As well as remote attendees, this Zoom included a number of remote speakers. Using NDI we pulled the remote speakers' video and audio feed and displayed this on (3) 70" TVs in the space for the in-person audience. We provided (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro to serve the client provided slides, with client-provided videos served from withing vMix Pro

For audio, we provided (6) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones on stands. We also provided (1) Shure ULXD4Q to give us four channels of wireless audio for Q&A. These were mixed and controlled by a combination of (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. Finally, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 108P for the in-room audience to hear the presentations and discussion.

09.17.22 - Walk and Wag event with North Shore Animal League

 Moore PA Hire headed over to the shore of the Hudson River to provide audio and staging equipment and services for the North Shore Animal League as they hosted their latest Walk and Wag event.

For audio, we began with (4) L'Acoustics 112P flown from crank-up stands. These were paired with (2) L'Acoustics SB-15P. For audio sources, we provided (1) Shure ULXD4Q serving 4 channels of wireless microphones. These were all safely on mic stands with boom arms and tied into (1) Mackie DL16S. We also provided (2) Pioneer CDJ-2000 and (1) Pioneer DJM Nexus 900 mixer to set the scene. 

For staging we provided (4) 6ftx4ft decks of staging on 2ft legs and a stairs kit for easy access to the stage.

09.10.22 - Private Party at NY Fashion Week

 

Moore PA Hire pulls out all the stops whenever NY Fashion Week rolls around, and this gig was no exception. Here we provided a lighting and audio equipment package including design & operation.

Our audio package consisted of our L'Acoustics SB-218 & 112P for speaker systems and also included  the specific DJ equipment per talent requests.

Our lighting package consisted of our Chauvet Rogue R2s and GLP Impression X4S LED moving luminaries to set the mood, which was also combined with our ETC Lustr Series 2 for stage wash. with control from our GrandMA2 on PC Command and Fader wings.

Finally, we brought it (3) 4ft x 6ft decks of staging on 18" legs.
