Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide full-service event production for M&A Advisor, supporting programming across both the 9th Floor Lounge and Cardroom. Our team handled audio, video, lighting, LED display, multi-camera capture, livestreaming, photography, and a dedicated interview setup throughout the event. With several different production elements happening across the two rooms, the goal was to create a refined experience for guests while giving each space the technical setup it needed.
In the Lounge, we built the main program around an 8M x 3M VMX LED display, driven by our NovaStar MX-40 system and controlled by our Pixelhue P-20 and U5 workflow. Three Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras provided multi-angle coverage for recording and livestreaming, and our Aputure fixtures and uplighting helped create a clean, balanced look throughout the room. Audio was mixed on our Yamaha DM7 console and delivered through an L'Acoustics Syva system with X8 fills, supporting the lectern and wireless microphones used throughout the program.
The Cardroom served as a dedicated M&A TV interview and secondary production space. Two additional Sony FR-7 cameras were paired with our Production Bot switching and streaming system and Yamaha DM3 audio rack, allowing our team to capture interviews independently from the main Lounge production. Aputure 400X fixtures, Quasar linear lights, and an 85" display completed the setup for a polished on-camera environment.
With simultaneous programming, livestreaming, recording, photography, and interview production happening throughout the day, our crew coordinated each part of the event as one connected system from setup through show close.
