09.24.26 - Yale Rooftop - PAI

Moore PA Hire provided full-service event production for PAI at the Yale Rooftop, supporting an afternoon reception and panel program with audio, video display, multi-camera capture, livestreaming, and event photography. With approximately 50 guests seated for the presentation, our team built a compact production setup around the rooftop space that could support both the audience in the room and viewers joining remotely.

For audio, we deployed our Yamaha DM3 mix rack with an L’Acoustics LA-8 system and (4) L’Acoustics X8 speakers throughout the room. The program included (5) wireless lavaliers, a handheld microphone, and a dedicated podium microphone, giving the speakers flexibility across the presentation and panel portions of the event.

Presentation content was displayed across (2) 75” monitors using our switching and laptop server package, with a presenter clicker available for the PowerPoint portion of the program. For the remote audience, our LSE and Production Bot workflow handled the Zoom livestream while (3) P4K cameras with Skaarhoj camera control provided multiple angles of the speakers and room. The same camera system also allowed us to capture the full event for post-event delivery.

Alongside the AV production, photography coverage began ahead of the program with room and setup photos before moving into the reception and speaker session. The photographer was able to move throughout the space for a mix of guest interactions, posed photos, and multiple angles of the panel while the video team continuously captured the program from start to finish.

09.15.26 - NYAC - 9th Floor Lounge & Cardroom - M & A Advisor

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide full-service event production for M & A Advisor, supporting programming across both the 9th Floor Lounge and Cardroom. Our team handled audio, video, lighting, LED display, multi-camera capture, livestreaming, photography, and a dedicated interview setup throughout the event. With several different production elements happening across the two rooms, the goal was to create a refined experience for guests while giving each space the technical setup it needed.

In the Lounge, we built the main program around an 8M x 2.5M P 2.6 LED display, with processing by NovaStar MX-40 & CVT-10 and controlled by our Pixelhue P-20 and U5 workflow. Three Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras provided multi-angle coverage for recording and livestreaming, and our Aputure fixtures and uplighting helped create a clean, balanced look throughout the room. Audio was mixed on our Yamaha DM-7C console and delivered through an L'Acoustics Syva system with L'Acoustics 5Xt fills and X8 for the adjacent conjoined event space, the Cardroom, supporting the lectern and wireless microphones used throughout the program.

The Cardroom served as a dedicated M & A TV interview and secondary production space. Two additional Sony FR-7 cameras were paired with our Production Bot switching and streaming system and Yamaha DM3 audio rack, allowing our team to capture interviews independently from the main Lounge production. Aputure 400X fixtures,  Nanlite PavoTube II 30C RGB LED 4' Tube light kits with 85" completing our set-up for a polished on camera environment

09.08.26 - 09.10.26 - New York Marriott Downtown - VOICES Symposium

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Marriott Downtown to provide full-service production for the VOICES Center for Resilience Symposium, supporting three days of programming across Salons A, B, and C. The event included a combined main program in Salons A and B along with separate breakout programming in Salon C, with our team providing audio, LED display, lighting, presentation playback, multi-camera recording, and livestream support throughout the symposium. 9-7 thru 9-10-26 - NY Marriott Downtown - Voices Symposium - PACKING.pdf

For the main room, we built the stage around (2) 3.5M wide x 3M high P2.6 LED walls, supported by our NovaStar MX-40 processing and video switching system. Two additional 85” monitors provided supplemental viewing around the room, while our server package handled PowerPoint, video playback, and presentation content throughout each day. Audio for the main program was mixed on our Yamaha DM7 system and distributed through an L’Acoustics package built around X8 loudspeakers and LA-4 amplification. The wireless package included Shure ULX-D handhelds, lavaliers, headset and podium microphone options, giving the production team flexibility across keynote presentations, moderated conversations, and panel sessions. A separate Yamaha DM3 system supported the breakout room so both spaces could operate independently throughout the day. 

For video capture, (3) Sony FR-7 PTZ cameras with Skaarhoj camera control fed our LSE recording workflow, allowing the crew to create multi-camera coverage of the main symposium while recording the program for post-event delivery. A Sony FX6 package was also included for additional event capture, while Salon C was equipped for its own breakout-session recording. The main Salons A and B program was recorded and streamed each day from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM. 

Lighting and staging were designed to give the ballroom a consistent, finished look both in the room and on camera. We used (2) Aputure 300X fixtures with 26-degree spotlight mounts, (24) LED uplights, an acrylic lectern, and a combination of black and royal blue drape around the stage and production areas. With several rooms and production systems operating simultaneously, the setup gave VOICES a flexible environment for three full days of presentations, discussions, and breakout sessions.
