04.23.2025 - Bowery Hotel - Invisible North, Mailchimp

Moore PA loaded into the Bowery Hotel in Tribeca to provide audio and video services for a leadership seminar presented by Invisible North; while this event was technically less demanding, it still was met with a bright attitude, and a can-do spirit

For audio we used the house PA system, and used a Shure ULXD4Q kit to feed (4) channels of wireless signal into a Yamaha DM-3. Presenters used our Shure ULXD1 clip on Lavalier mics while moderators grabbed the ULXD2 handhelds.

To cover video needs the venue provided TVs for the room, while we rolled in an 43" Confidence monitor, allowing the presenters to see their notes. We ran two instances of Powerpoint on (2) Dell Latitude laptops, one for slides and the other for speaker notes, with live interactive Slido webpages embedded into the presentation. To facilitate a smooth run of show we set up (1) DSAN Limit timer, and a USB clicker to remotely advance slides.

11.17.21 - The M&A Advisor at The New York Athletic Club

Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide video, audio, live streaming and lighting equipment and services for The M&A Advisor's day-long conference and evening gala. Held in the 9th-floor lounge this event featured a series of panels and keynote speakers during the day, followed by an awards dinner and drinks in the evening.

For video, we started with (2) 82" TVs flanking the venue-provided stage. Additionally, we set up (2) 70" TVs on the outskirts of the 9th-floor lounge and (2) 70" TVs in the 9th floor Card Room to adequately distribute all presentation content and IMAG. To mix and route all this video we rolled in our premier live streaming and video production rack the LSE-1. We made use of (1) rack-mount workstation running vMix Pro as well as (2) Macbook Pros to serve PowerPoint and graphic content. While routing the video to the various displays, the workstation was also live-streaming the program to a private watch page provided by Moore PA Hire featuring the agenda for the day as well as sponsor logos and a live chat.

For audio, we mixed everything with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For the panels and keynote speakers, we placed (6) Shure MX418 microphones on discreet stands alongside each armchair on stage for ease of use and a quick turnaround between each panel. We provided (6) L'Acoustics 112P speakers in the 9th-floor lounge and an additional (2) L'Acoustics 112P in the Card Room at the base of each TV.

For lighting we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 to light the stage as well as (5) LED RGB strips upstage to uplight the client-provided sponsor backdrop.

02.27.2019 - AXA Advisors New York Metro Awards at the New York Athletic Club

On February 27th Moore PA Hire, Inc. provided projection and video equipment and services for the New York Metro Awards for Axa Advisors at the New York Athletic Club.

We provided (2) Optoma ZU 850 8K Laser projectors, (2) Optoma A01 ultra short-throw lenses, and (2) AV Stumpfl 7' x 12' projection screens with full drape dress kit. To serve the client provided graphics and PowerPoint we provided (1) Roland VR 50HD, along with all the cabling and accessories necessary.

10/7/2015 - Saint Francis College event at The Liberty Warehouse, Brooklyn

On October 7, 2015, the Moore PA Hire team was invited to provide sound and video for a Saint Francis College benefit at the Liberty Warehouse in Brooklyn NY.  For sound we brought in our L'Acoustics Self Powered speaker system consisting of 112Ps, 108Ps and SB15Ps all controlled by our Yamaha QL1 digital sound console.  For video we used a Macbook Pro with our Roland VR50-HD AV mixer with our AJA HA-5 system to distribute the video around the room on our 70" LCD displays as well as Ultrashort Throw digital projectors onto Stumpfl 16:9 screens. 5/19/2015-5/20/2015 - Microsoft Advertising Summit at Michelson Studios in NYC curated by Invisible North

On May 19-20 2015, the Moore PA hire team was invited to provide sound and video for a Microsoft Advertising Summit by our friends over at Invisible North.  The sound system consisted of our Shure UHFR system using both UR 1 beltpacks with Countryman E6 headworn mics and UR 2 hand helds for Q & A, and also some presenters on an as needed basis as well as our L'Acoustics Powered speaker system consisting of 112Ps, 108Ps and SB15Ps all controlled via our Yamaha CL5 Digital Mixing console.  For video, we provided (3) 70" LCD displays (2 that were inset in to a custom built scenic wall and one stand alone) with our Roland VR HD50 that had multiple laptop inputs for the source, (2) confidence monitors (one of which was used as a clock/timer), one 80" LCD display hooked up to a XBOX One with Kinect,  and a digital projector for digital signage.  Please take a  moment and have a look at some pictures of the event below.

3/16/2015 - Ireland-U.S. Council Annual St. Patrick's Day Luncheon

On March sixteenth 2015 The Moore PA Hire team was asked to provide sound, lighting and video support for Ireland-U.S. Council annual St. Patrick's Day luncheon.  For audio, we brought in our L'Acoustics self powered speaker system consisting of 112Ps, 108Ps, and SB15Ps as well as a wireless microphone system all controlled via our Yamaha QL1 digital sound console.  For video we brought in (2) 10.8' x 6' AV Stumpfl Front projection screens with our Ultra-Short throw digital projectors as well as (2) 70" LCD displays.  We distributed video and a power point presentation to all the screens via MacBook Pro and a HDMI distribution amplifier and cat5 extenders all controlled via our Roland VR-50HD Video Mixer.  We also captured the event for our client via our Panasonic AG-AC160 HD digital video camera.  We also assisted in all the technical and creative advancement of the video content and Powerpoint for the show.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures of the event below.
