1.9.26, 1.10.26, and 1.11.26 - New York Hilton Midtown - APAP

Moore PA returned to the Hilton Hotel on 6th Avenue for the annual APAP conference, providing AV services for one of the showcases that ran through the weekend. We recorded line-cuts and multi-tracked every performance, giving the option for the musicians to have a quality piece of content after the fact.

For audio needs we brought out our Yamaha QL5 mixer, paired with (2) Yamaha RIOs, and (8) L'Acoustics X8 speakers. We also, included (4) L'Acoustics 108P speakers for monitor mixes.

We supplied lighting for the event and recording which included (3) Aputure 300X units for stage wash. In addition we setup

For the video capture we brought in (4) Sony FR7's to the event. two of which were set up in the back of the room and the other two set up to the left and right of the audience. These were all fed into the LSE-2 rack for cam control and ultimately to our Atomos Sumo SE recorder. For best results we used (3) Aputure 300x lights with soft boxes for optimal stage wash. Lastly the shots came together with the addition of green drape and our Quadsar T8 Tube lights for uplight.

11.19.25 - NYAC 9th Floor Lounge & Cardroom - M&A Advisors

 For this event, Moore PA Hire brought out our high tech gear of audio, video, and LED walls. We also, brought our 4k recording set up to record both events that was taking place in the Card Room and 9th Floor Lounge. This event took place at the New York Athletic Club for the M&A Advisors. 

As we have done many events at NYAC before, this was an event we enjoyed working. For audio we had our Yamaha QL5 set up and our L'Acoustics X8's set up around the 9th Floor Lounge. 

For our video gear, our we set up a ground supported LED Wall behind the stage. This was able to display some of the live action shots done with our FR7 cameras, and also included backdrops for the event.

We included some of our lighting gear such as our Aputure 600X Pro's and Aputure 300X's.

11.20.24 The M & A Advisor Future of Dealmaking Summit at the New York Athletic Club

We were once again working with the M&A Advisor this month, once again for their annual Future of Dealmaking Summit. We provided audio, video and lighting services. Let’s take a look!

For Audio, we started with the Yamaha QL1 Digital Mixer, along with the L’Acoustics LA4X. For Speakers we had eight L’Acoustics X’8s placed around the room. We had an MX418C Podium mic set up to the side of the stage and then Shure ULXD4Q Handheld mics for the onstage guests. 

For video, the LSE-1 with vMix was used for streaming. Two Sony FR7 PTZ Cameras were used to capture the stage, while a Birddog P4K PTZ Camera was used as an Audience Camera. The Stream was also captured externally using the ATOMOS Sumo monitor.

This event was also the debut of our new High Refresh Rate Gloshine LED Panels. The wall was built behind the stage with Ground Support to be 2.5m High and 6M Wide, 6 rows of 12 Columns. It was powered by the Novastar VX1000 controller and fed by our other production rack, the LSE-2 using Resolume Arena, to display a variety of dynamic graphics provided by the client. We also provided four 70’’ and four 80’’ LCD Televisions on rolling stands to display additional content, served by the ASUS Zenbook Pro server kit and the Roland VR-120.

For lighting we used an Aputure 300x for stage wash and ETC S4 Mini 50s for hair light. We also had Quasar T8 Tube lights behind the stage and ADJ Wireless Uplights placed around the room for some additional lighting.

11/15/18 - US Rowing Golden Oars at The New York Athletic Club

On the 15th of November 2018 Moore PA Hire provided lighting, audio, video and camera equipment and services for the US Rowing Golden Oars event at the New York Athletic Club.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustic 112P and (4) L'Acoustic 108P. For microphones we provided (2) Shure MX 418, (2) Shure UR2 handheld microphones handled with ease by our Shure UR4D receiver rack.

For video and camera, we provided our premier switching and recording rack. Engineered with (1) Blackmagic design Atem 2 M/E and (2) Blackmagic Design Hyperdeck Studio Pro 4K. The system was operated by (1) Atem Advanced Panel and (1) Ikan Studio and Field monitor. To serve the client provided graphics, powerpoint, and video spots we provided (1) Production Bot Switch 8. For cameras we provided (3) Panasonic PX-270 equipped with (3) Atomos Shogun Inferno 4K. To display the camera feeds and content we provided (2) Sharp Aquos 80" screens and (2) Sharp Aquos 70" screens, paired with (4) AJA Hi5 SDI to HDMI converters.

For lighting, we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2, all with EDLT lenses, and (4) Impact Turtle Base C-Stands. We also provided (12) RGBA LED Strips for stage backdrop lighting.

For pipe & drape we provided (2) 12'x13' panels of black velour drape with all uprights and crossbars necessary.

On November 7^th Moore P.A. Hire Inc. provided audio and video systems for the 2018 M & A Advisor Summit & Awards ceremony at the New York Athletic Club on the 9th floor.

 

10/28 & 29/18 - Appraiser Association of America - National Conference at the New York Athletic Club

On October 28^th & 29th Moore PA Hire Inc. provided audio and video systems for the Annual National Conference of The Appraiser Association of America at the New York Athletic Club on both the 9th & 10th floors.

9th Floor

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608. For microphones, we provided (5) Shure MX418, and  (1) Shure UR4D. For speakers we provided (8) L'Acoustic 112P.

For video, we provided our premier switching and recording rack. Engineered with (1) Blackmagic Design Atem 2 M/E, operated through (1) Blackmagic Design Atem Advanced Panel. To serve the client-provided content (graphics, powerpoint, video spots, etc.) we provided (2) Moore PA Hire MacBook pro 15". To interface with the system we provided (1) Ikan Field and Studio Monitor and (1) Perfect Cue Mini. To display the content we provided (1) Sharp Aquos 80" screen, (2) Samsung DM48D 50" screens, and (1) Optoma 8K laser projector projecting onto (1) AV Stumpfl 6'x10' projection screen.

10th Floor - Rooms 1, 2, 3/4, and 5
For audio we provided (2) Mackie DL1608s, (1) Mackie 1402-VLZ 3, and (1) Mackie 402-VLZ3. For speakers we provided (4) L'Acoustic 108P. For microphones we provided (8) Shure MX418. We were requested to record the presentations in these rooms to the computer serving the client provided powerpoints, to do this we provided (4) Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 

For video, we provided (4) Mac Mini 1.4GHz Intel Core i5 and (4) Asus VT207N. To display the content we provided (1) Sharp Aquos 80" screen, (2) Sharp Aquos 70" screens, and (1) LG UJ634 65" screen.
