Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club on October 15, 2026, to provide full audio-visual production for Cardinal McCloskey Community Services' 80th Anniversary Gala. Hosted in the 9th-floor Lounge and Card Room, the evening featured a champagne reception, dinner, honoree recognitions, and an anniversary presentation celebrating 80 years of community service. Our team provided audio, LED video displays, lighting, staging, multi-camera recording, and a live broadcast streamed directly to the organization's website.
In the Lounge, we installed two 3.5m x 2m P2.6 LED video walls, managed through a NovaStar MX40 Pro processor and Pixelhue P20 presentation switcher. Two additional 70" displays provided video coverage in the Card Room. Audio was handled through a Yamaha DM7 digital mixing console, paired with L-Acoustics Syva and X8 speaker systems and Shure wireless microphones. For lighting, we deployed 16 LED uplights, 32 tabletop pin spots, ETC Lustr S2 fixtures for ambient lighting, and Aputure 300X fixtures for stage illumination.
For video production, we deployed three Sony FR7 PTZ cameras alongside our LSE recording and livestream system, capturing the evening's presentations, honoree recognitions, and anniversary programming. Our production team managed the live camera switching and broadcast, streaming the event directly to their website for remote viewers. From the opening reception through the final remarks, our crew provided comprehensive technical support across both event spaces.
