Moore PA Hire returns to the Yale Club of New York for two days of meetings, presentations, and evening events with Investcorp on October 7–8. With approximately 75 attendees, our team provided audio, video, projection, and multi-camera recording across the Yale Ballroom and Trumbull Room, supporting the daytime conference program along with Wednesday evening's cocktail reception and dinner.
In the Ballroom, we installed two Panasonic PT-MZ880 8,000-lumen laser projectors paired with 6' x 10'8" AV Stumpfl projection screens beside the stage, providing clear presentation visuals throughout the room. A Roland VR-6HD video switcher managed presentation sources, supported by Dell laptops for content playback and a 43" confidence monitor for presenters. Audio was handled through a Yamaha DM3 digital mixing system, with six Shure wireless handheld microphones and a podium microphone for presentations and discussions.
For recording, we deployed two BirdDog P4K PTZ cameras with SKAARHOJ camera control, alongside our LSE recording system to capture both days of programming. Over in the Trumbull Room, a separate Yamaha DM3 audio system supported the evening reception and dinner, utilizing the venue's installed L-Acoustics sound system. Our crew managed the AV across both spaces, keeping everything running smoothly from the opening presentations through the final session.
