02.06.24 - Bowery Hotel - PAC Global Summit

 The Moore PA Hire team went to the Bowery Hotel to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the PAC Global 2024 Summit.  Let's begin!

 For audio, we began with (1) Mackie DL16S.  For speakers, we used (4) L'Acpustic 108P and tied into the house audio system.  For microphones, we used (2) Shure ULXD4Q-G50 to provide us with 8 channels of wireless mics, (1) gooseneck podium mic, and (1) Shure SM 58S for our VOG announcer.  

For video, we began with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Tied into this were (3) birddog PTZ cameras to capture and record the event.  On stage, we provided (1) Optoma 8K Laser Projector and (2) Ikan Atlas monitors to display all videos and presentations.  This was fed by (1) Roland VR-120 HD switcher.  Also feeding the switcher was (3) in house TVs that switched between content and camera feeds to guests out of view of the stage.  Lastly, we provided (1) Limit Timer and (1) Perfect Cue to ensure presenters were aware of their time and able to go through their presentation at their won cadence.  

For lighting, we provided (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8 for step and repeat and stage lighting.  Throughout the venue, we provided (24) wireless LED uplights.  Finally, we added (2) ETC Lustrs S2 for more stage lighting.

01.13.24 - 01.14.24 - APAP at The Hilton Hotel

 The Moore PA Hire team returned for another two day showcase at the Hilton Hotel on 6th Avenue for the APAP Music Showcase to provide audio, lighting, and video equipment and services for two great days of Jazz.  Let's begin!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D.  For speakers, we provided (3) L'Acoustics 112P,  (2) L'Acoustics SB 15P, and (6) L'Acoustic X8.  For microphones, we used (3) Shure SM 57, (6) Shure SM 58, (1) B52 and (1) B57, as well as (2) condenser mics for drums.  For the lads, we provided (1) Rocket Jazz drum kit, (1) Bass rig, (1) Fender Hot Rod DeVille, and (1) Fender 65 Twin Reverb.  Additionally, we offered multitrack recordings for performers using (1) Yamaha QL1 in our BOH. 

For lighting, we used (2) AutoPoles combined with (2) crossbars to discretely hang your lighting rig and cameras.  On the rig, we used (4) Bi-Color Video LED lighting panels.  On stage, we used (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8 and (2) ETC S4 Minis.

For video, we began with (1) Production Bot fed by (5) Birddog PTZ cameras.  (3) Cameras were hung on the same rig as the lighting rig and (2) were placed on C-Stands.  Our camera feeds and the performers names were shown on (2) 70" TVs placed in and outside of the showcase room for all to see.  In our BOH, we used (2) ikon Atlas monitors with headphones for client viewing stations.   We offered a package to to purchase video recordings as well as multitrack recordings.

01.15.23 - APAP for Pat Harris Jazz

 Moore PA Hire was thrilled to return the The Hilton on 54th & 6th for another edition of APAP. This year we provided all audio, video, lighting, multi-cam & multi-track recording for The Jazz Room in the New York Suite.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-5 paired with (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For speakers, we provided (2) L'Acoustics 112P, (2) L'Acoustics SB 15P, and (6) L'Acoustics 108P for monitors. We rolled in with a selection of microphones ready for a schedule of over 30 bands! Including the Shure B52, Shure B57, Shure SM 57, Shure SM 58, etc. For backline we provided (1) Hartke 4x10 XL for bass along with (1) Fender Hot Rod DeVille & (1) Fender 65 Twin Reverb.

For lighting, we setup (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 along with (6) ADJ WiFly wireless uplights. 

For video, we rolled in (2) 70 inch TVs, fed by (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro.

For recording, in the next room, we tied (1) Yamaha QL-1 in to the Dante network. This was feeding (1) Production Bot Switch 8. In the room we had (1) Birddog P4K. During the sets bands and their representatives were able to watch and listen to the recordings in real-time. Bands had the opportunity to purchase either the straight recording or a full multi-track recording of their set for future distribution.

07.08.22 - Saint Frances de Salles School Fundraiser in Belle Harbor

 Moore PA Hire headed down the Cross Bay Boulevard to provide audio, lighting, and staging equipment and services for the annual Saint Frances de Salles School Fundraiser.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (2) Yamaha Rio 1608D. We provided (6) L'Acoustics 112P and (1) L'Acoustics SB15P for monitors. We paired these with (6) L'Acoustics DV-Dosc, (2) L'acoustics DV-Subs, and (2) L'Acoustics SB218. The PA were controlled by (3) L'Acoustics LA-8. We provided an assortment of Shure SM58, Shure SM57, and DI boxes for the band.

For lighting we provided (8) ETC Lustr Series 2.

For staging we provided (6) 4ft x 6ft decks on 2ft legs.

12.11.2019 - Futures in Education Foundation

On December 11th Moore PA Hire Inc. loaded up the truck and headed to the Futures in Education Foundation. Let's check out the gig!

For audio, we laid out (1) Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nxs and (1) Yamaha QL-1. For speakers we provided (4) L'Acoustics 108P, (6) L'Acoustics 112P, and (2) L'Acoustics SB15P. For microphones we provided (9) Shure SM58 all on mic stands. With that rocking and rolling we were ready to jump onto lighting.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 on C-Stands and controlled by the Elation 6 channel analog controller.

Video-wise, we began with the rock solid Roland VR-50. to serve the client's content to (2) LG UJ634 70" screens.
