12.16.22 - Collegiate Winter Program at The Church of St Paul the Apostle

 Moore PA Hire headed down Columbus Avenue to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services for The Collegiate School's winter program at The Church of St Paul the Apostle.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5, (1) Yamaha QL1, and (3) Yamaha Rio 1608D. The QL5 mixed for the in-room audience, the QL1 for the livestream. For speakers in the room we provided (2) L'Acoustics DV-Subs, (4) L'Acoustics 112p, and (6) L'Acoustics 108p. These served as monitors for the orchestra and choir, will we interfaced via Dante with the Church's brand new audio system for the in-room audience. For micorphones, we provided (6) Shure MX418C goose-neck microphones for the choir. We provided (10) DPA clip-on mics to capture the key instruments in the orchestra, as well as (2) Senheiser MKH-416 to capture the overall orchestra and space. 

For video, we rolled in (2) Genie ST20 crank-up stands, (2) sticks of 12ft truss, and (24) Infiled 3.9 LED panels. These formed (2) large imag screens above the low altar where the orchestra and choir were positioned. Additionally, we brought (2) 82inch TVs to serve as delay screens. 

For the recording and livestreaming portion of things, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (7) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space. For low-latency imag we also incorporated (1) Roland VR50H Mk2 hardware switcher which was built-in upstream of the vMix Pro server. Our video team consisted of (1) Technical Director and (2) dedicated camera operators. The latter were operating over IP via (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros each running their own instance of vMix Pro.

The line cut was beamed to a bespoke and private livestreaming platform, Streamy.Cloud.

12/14/22 - Bulleit Bourbon for Proof Media @ WTC

Moore PA Hire headed downtown to provide audio and lighting equipment and services for Bulleit Bourbon as they hosted a VIP concert and experiential event. Let's jump in!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL1. For speakers, we provided (6) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics SB15P. We provided (1) Waves Tune Real Time and (1) Universal Audio Apollo Twin interface at the artist's request running on (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. 

For microphones, we provided (1) Shure ULXD4Q. We provided (1) Shure PSM1000 in-ear monitor system as well as Shure Ear Buds.

For lighting we provided (24) ADJ WiFly uplights. To set that stage, we provided 39ft of black velour drape.

12.10.22 The Rockaway Hotel

 Moore PA Hire headed across the water to The Rockaway Hotel to provide audio and lighting equipment and services for the Tim Ouinette Big Band performance in the Harbor Room. 

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5, (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D, and all necessary mics for the considerable number of musicians lining up onstage! For speakers, we started with (2) L'Acoustics LA-8, feeding (2) L'Acoustics SB-15p subs. For left and right we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112p, paired with (6) L'Acoustics 108p on stage for monitors.  

 For lighting, we ran out (24) ADJ WiFly uplights to set the mood in the room. For the stage, we set up (6) ETC Lustr Series 2 for a combination of front light and hair light.

12.02.22 Stars of NY Dance from the Moore PA Studio

 Moore PA Hire flipped the heating on at our green screen studio to welcome, once again, the Stars of NY Dance. This livestream fundraiser featured two live hosts on the air from our space, as well as twenty guest judges and VIPs on Zoom, and pre-record performances produced from our space the week prior.

For audio, we rigged up (1) Yamaha QL-1 mixing (2) Shure ULXD4Q lavalier mics. These were sent to the livestream while the QL-1 sent playback audio and remote guest audio to (2) L'Acoustics 108p to serves as in-studio monitors for the talent.

Up ahead of them when they were on stage were (2) Birddog P4K ptz cameras and (2) 70inch TVs. These were controlled from our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. From the rack we can livestream to multiple destinations as well as administer virtual green rooms and stages. All pre-recorded content and performces were served from within the vMix Pro server and our program was beamed out to hundreds of viewers and donaters on the Stars of NY Dance website.

For lighting we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2 and (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8 to uplight the green screen behind.
