09.29.21 - The M&A Advisor at The New York Athletic Club

 LIVESTREAM

This event brought us back to the New York Athletic Club, this time in the President's Room on the 10th Floor. The all day conference featured a series of panels and keynote speakers, all livestreamed on our own bespoke CDN. For video, we led with (1) of our vMix Pro livestreaming and multi-cam recording servers. Connected to this were (3) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (1) Macbook Pro for PowerPoint, and (1) DSAN Limitimer to keep us all on track. For audio, we laid out (6) Shure MX418 podium microphones, as well as (2) Shure UR-2 wireles handheld microphones. Driving all of this was (1) Yamah QL-1. Finally, we provided (2) Lustr S2 lighting fixtures to make the stage pop.

09.27.21 - Atlas Obscura at The TWA Hotel

 HYBRID EVENT

Moore PA Hire, Inc. headed to JFK for this 3 day corporate retreat at the TWA Hotel. This event featured in-person presenters and attendees, right alongside remote presenters and attendees. The key to the "new normal" of hybrid is to ensure easy communication between in-person and remote participants at every step of the way. We set-up (2) 70" TVs, (1) Birddog PF120, and (1) compact Razer Blade running vMix Pro. For audio, we set up (1) Mackie DL1608, (4) Shure UR2, and (2) L'Acoustics 112P. For 3 days, in-person and remote participants interacted and brainstormed the next steps for their company with ease. 

In addition to the programming during the day, each night featured a different band for which MPA provided all necessary equipment and operators. We drove everything with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio1608. We provided all necessary microphones for a variety of set-ups, as well as (6) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics SB15P for speakers and monitors.

09.23.21 - Aktiv Against Cancer at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire, Inc. headed up to the 20th floor of the New York Athletic Club to set up for the annual Aktiv Against Cancer event. We loaded in (1) 70" TV as well as (1) Production Bot Switch 8 for video and presentation content. On the audio side of things we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1, (4) L'Acoustics 112p, and a selection of wired and wireless microphones to cover all bases. 09.22.21 - US-Spain Chamber of Commerce at IESE Business School

 LIVESTREAM

Moore PA Hire, Inc. returned to IESE Business School to produce a livestream with the US-Spain Chamber of Commerce. The event was the "Transatlantic Economic Conference" and featured numerous speakers from the US as well as abroad. This fireside chat style program featured an in-person audience as well as those watching online. To tick every box for this livestream, we provided (3) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (4) Neewer 1x1 LED panels, (1) Production Bot Switch 8, (1) Yamaha QL-1, and a selection of wired and wireless microphones.

09.19.21 - Thrillist/Revvel on Virgin Voyages Cruise Liner

 Over the course of 2 weeks, Moore PA Hire loaded onto Virgin Voyages new cruise liner "The Scarlett Lady" to provide video and audio equipment services as they debuted their facilities, with the help of Major Lazer Sound System. On the top deck of the ship, we set-up a full sound system, stage, and a 14ft wide LED wall. We welcomed to stage such acts as Trixie Mattel in the afternoon and Diplo later that night.

Down on the pier, we flew (3) 12K projectors and three media servers networked together to serve content both on the projectors on the numerous installed TVs throughout the boarding hall.
