9.9 & 10.24 - VOICES Symposium at the New York Marriott

The Moore PA Hire team went to the downtown New York Marriott for the VOICES NYC 2024 Symposium where we provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Let's get started!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5 mixing board and (1) L'Acoustics dV Amp.  For speakers, we used (6) L'Acoustic X8 and (2) L'Acoustic 108P.  For microphones, we used (2) ULXD4 providing us with 8 channels of digital audio, (8) Shure MX418C, and (6) ULXD2 handheld mics.    

For in-room content, we build a custom VMX p2.6 LED wall to fit the dimensions of the room.  This screen was comprised of 76 usable panels as well as (1) row of 17 blank panels to give some height to the screen and not be blocked by the stage.  This LED wall was powered by (1) MX40 Pro processor and fed by our production rack, the LSE-2.  We used Resolume Arena 7 and (1) Yamaha VR120 to display the content.  For all additional content, we used (3) ASUS Zenbook Duo Pros.  Additionally, we displayed remote panelists via Zoom on to the wall for our in-room audience to see.  Lastly, we used (2) ikan confidence monitors on stage for presenters.  

For video, recording, and livestream we used our other production racks the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Tied into this were (3) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space to capture the presenters at the podium as well as audience members.  These cameras were also used for the YouTube livestream broadcast and for any remote panelists to be apart of the symposium.  The zoom was integrated into the livestream so the online audience could also view the remote speakers.

For lighting, we provided (2) Aputure LS 300x for stage wash and (24) wireless LED lights around the room.  Lastly, we provided all the necessary pipe and drape behind the LED wall.

05.16.24 - Refinery Rooftop / Spectrum Reach

 The Moore PA Hire team returned to Refinery Rooftop to provide audio and video equipment and services for a presentation by Spectrum Reach.  Let's get started!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha DM3 mixer and (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 providing us with 4 channels of digital audio.  For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustic;s X8 and for microphones, we used (2) Headworn DPAs.

For video, we built a LED wall with our P2.6 panels using a ground support kit.  The wall was 5 panels x 9 panels and used (1) Novastar VX1000 processor.  To feed the content we used (1) Resolume Server to display a dynamic onto the screen and used (1) Yamaha VR120 with (3) Asus Zenbook Pros for content.  We also provided (1) 82" TV for content to be displayed in another area of the Rooftop.  We used (1) Production Bot and (2) Ikan Atlas Monitors for confidence monitors.  

Lastly, we provided (2) directors chairs and pipe and drape throughout the venue.

02.02.24 - Annual Friends of Sean Lugano Event

 Moore PA Hire was back at the Annual Friends of Sean Lugano Event to provide audio, lighting, and video equipment and services.  Let's get it started!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha RIO-16D.  For speakers, we provided (1) DV Amp Rack comprised of (3) L'Acoustic LA-8, (6) DV Dosc, (2) DV Sub and (2) L'Acoustics SB218, along with all the NL4 cable necessary.  We were taking care of the the DJ on stage, so we provided (2) L'Acoustic 108p for monitors.  For microphones, we provided (1) Shure ULXD4 providing us with (4) channels of digital audio and (1) Shure ULXD1.

For lighting, we provided (8) Rogue R2, (4) GLP X4S, (10) ETC Lustr S2, and (24) LED wireless uprights.  We provided all necessary cabling for both power and data and then for control we provided (1) MA Command Wing and (1) MA Fader Wing, along with GrandMA2 on PC.  

For video, we provided (1) Origin Server with content being served from Resolume Arena 7 software for a VJ style show using (1) Akai APC 50 MK2.  The display consisted of (1) Optomoa ZU850 8K Laser with the Optoma A01 lens beaming onto (1) AV Stumpfl 6' x 10' rear projection screen.

10.17.23 - InMobi Panel Discussion at Refinery Rooftop

 Moore PA Hire headed to Refinery Rooftop for InMobi's 3 A's of Advertisings panel discussion where we provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Let's start!

For audio, we used (1) Shure ULXD4Q-G50 to give us 8 digital audio channels.  For microphones, we used (8) ULXD2 handheld microphones and (1) DPA headworn microphone.  All mics were then mixed by (1) Mackie DL16S.  For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics X8 and (1) L'Acoustics LA-8.  

For video, we provided our P2.6 LED wall consisting of (28) panels total, which was approximately 3.5 meters wide x 2 meters high.  The wall was fed through (1) Novastar VX1000.  Content was then displayed on the wall by (1) Razor Blade 15 using Resolume software.  We provided (3) Birddog PTZ cameras to capture and record footage which was fed by (1) Production Bot Switch 8.  

For Lighting, we provided (4) Lustr Series-2, (2) Gobos, and (24) Wireless LED uplights.

10.14.23 - Bulleit Bourbon for Proof Media at Terminal 5

 Moore PA Hire once again teamed up with Proof Media for the Bulleit 100 Hours Showcase at Terminal 5 to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Let's get started!

For audio, we provided (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 and (4) hand held microphones mixed and controlled by (1) Mackie DL16S.  For speakers, we supplied (2) L'Acoustics SB218, (6) L'Acoustics 112P, and (1) L'Acoustics LA-8.  For on-stage performances, we provided (1) Fender 65 Twin Reverb.

For video, we built (1) 10ft x 6ft LED wall comprising (12) Infiled P3.9 LED panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S.  This was fed by Resolume Arena running on (1) Razer Blade 15 Advanced.  

For lighting, we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2 controlled by (1) MA Command Wing using grandMA2 on (1) Asus Zenbook Pro and (24) ADJ WiFly LED Uplights.

09.07.23 - FDNY Foundation Fundraiser

 Moore PA Hire provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the FDNY Foundation Fundraiser at the FDNY Training Academy. Let's dive into it!

For audio, we began wtih (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1680D.  For speakers, we rolled in (10) L'Acoustics 112P and (6) L'Acoustcs 108P.

For video, we provided (2) 10ft x 7ft LED walls, each consisting of (24) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  These were flown from (2) Genie ST-25 crank up stands.  We also built (1) 7ft x 3ft LED wall using (4) P3.9 panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S.  Additionally, we rolled in (2) 85" TVs, (4) 82" TVs, (2) 70" TVs, and (2) 65" TVs.  All LED walls and TVs were tied into (4) PTZ Birddog Cameras.  For content serving, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti network setup.  With LSE-1, we were able to feed the FDNY's mobile LED truck and display their drone feed to all screens.  As requested by the FDNY, they wanted to create the illusion of flames burning in the windows of one of their training facilities through (3) LCD Displays which was not a problem with the use of LSE-2.  Built into this rack is (1) Resolume Arena server, (1) Ubiquiti 150W PoE switch for scalable connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquiti networking setup power by the Uniquiti Dream Machine Pro.  Loaded with the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, as well as Da Vinci Resolve and Shutter Encoder, allows us to ingest, create, and edit high quality video content ahead of time and during the event before feeding independent streams to multiple destinations.  

For lighting, we provided (10) Luster Series-2, (42) Colorblast TRX, (4) Colorblast PSU, (8) Rogue R2, and (24) Wireless LED uplights.  In addition, we provided (2) Haze DMX machines to create  smoke coming out of the "burning" training facility.
