11.21.22 - All Sports Awards at the New York Athletic Club

 After a couple years skipped due to the pandemic, Moore PA was thrilled to return to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording, lighting and staging equipment and services for the annual All Sports Awards Gala.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For speakers we provided (8) L'Acoustics 112p and (4) L'Acoustics 108p. For microphones we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium-style mics.

For video, we started with (7) Birddog P4K ptz cameras tied in to our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. For content playback we provided (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. The line cut was recorded internally, as well as a streamed to a bespoke and fully private livestream viewer for remote audience members. As far as screens in the room go, we provided (2) Optoma ZU850 8K laser projectors, along with (4) 82inch TVs. 

For lighting, we provided (8) Chauvet Rogue R2 moving lights, as well as (10) ETC Lustr Series 2 and (2) ETC S4WRDs. All of these were tied together and controlled from GrandMA2 on PC paired with the MA Command Wing and the MA Fader Wing. For static lighting around the space, we set up (24) ADJ WiFlys and a selection of ETC S4 Minis.

For staging, we provided 700ft of Royal Milano blue velour pipe & drape all the way around the room to transform the basketball court into a gala space.

11.16.22 North Shore Animal League at Royalton Rooftop

 Moore PA Hire headed down Park Avenue to provide audio, video, livestreaming, and staging equipment and services for the North Shore Animal League fundraiser and auction at the Royalton Rooftop.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. These fed (4) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. For microphones, we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium mics, (1) Shure ULXD4Q 4 channel wireless kit, as well as all necessary DI and cables for the musical performances later in the night.

For video and livestreaming, we began with (1) Production Bot Switch 8. This ingested feeds from (3) Birddog P4Ks and (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro and livestreamed over SRT to the client's back-end service for remote fundraising and auctioning.  For the in-venue audience, we provided (1) 82inch TV and (2) 70 inch TVs. 

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 and (3) Quasar Science Q30 T8 uplights to highlight the client-provided backdrop. For staging we provided (2) 6x4 decks on 2ft legs, along with appropriate stage skirt and stairs. Finally, we provided (1) Acrylic Podium.
