11/14/13: LPR Presents Cat Power and Nico Turner at The Brooklyn Masonic Temple

On November fourteenth 2013, the Moore PA hire team was asked to provide sound and lighting for (2) performances (both on the same evening) of Cat Power and Nico Turner at the Brooklyn Masonic Temple.  For sound we brought in our L'Acoustics dV-DOSC line array system as well as our L'Acoustics powered speaker system which consists of 108Ps, 112Ps, and SB15Ps (for even distribution around the event space).  All facets of audio were controlled via our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console.  For Lighting, we brought in our Volkslicht Zoom moving LED fixtures, Conventional Lighting and LED Lighting.  All of which were controlled by our Grand MA onPC Command Wing.  This evening was wonderful, please take a moment and have a look at some pictures of the performance(s) below.

11/8/2013: The Gabarron Foundation International Awards Gala

On November eighth 2013 the Moore PA Hire team was asked to provide sound, lighting and video support as well as staging and drape to the annual Gabarron Foundation International Awards Gala held at The Carriage House gallery in NYC.  For sound, we brought in our L'Acoustics powered speaker system consisting of 108Ps as well as a podium mic and multiple audio feeds for the press who were attending.  All facets of audio were controlled via our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console.  For lighting, we brought in our Volkslicht Zoom Moving LED fixtures, LED lighting and conventional lighting all controlled by our Grand MA onPC Command Wing.  For video we used our 70"LCD displays and ran the video and Microsoft Powerpoint presentations that were shown from a Macbook Pro through our Kramer Video Switcher Scaler.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures and video of this wonderful event below.

10/26/2013: Harvest fest at Gansevoort Plaza

On October 26th the Moore PA Hire team was invited to provide sound for Harvest Fest at The Gansevoort Plaza in NYC.  For sound, we brought in our L'Acoustics dV-DOSC line array system and "flew" it using ST20 crank up stands.  We controlled all audio facets of this event using our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures of this wonderful Fall NYC event below.

11/2/13: NYRR Dash to the Finish Line Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza

On Saturday November second, the Moore PA Hire team was asked to provide sound and staging for the Dash to the Finish Line set up at Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza.  For sound, we set up our L'Acoustics dV-DOSC line array on crank up stands around the stage we built and used our L'Acoustics powered speaker system flown on (2) additional crank up stands further down the street in both directions in order to provide full coverage for all of the runners as they came down the home stretch to the finish line.  All audio was controlled via our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console.  Please take a moment and have a look at our audio and staging set up below.

10/17/13: Gala Event/Silent Auction held at the School of American Ballet

On October 17th 2013 Moore PA Hire was asked to provide sound,  lighting and to display branding at the School of American Ballet for a Gala/Silent Auction.  For sound, we brought in our L'Acoustics powered speaker system consisting of 108Ps, 112Ps, and SB15Ps all controlled via our Yamaha LS9 digital mixing console.  For lighting, we brought in conventional lighting, LED Lighting, Elation DS 250 moving fixtures and GLP Volkslicht Zoom moving fixtures all controlled by Martin Light Jockey 2.  Finally, to display the schools branding we used (2) projectors.  One 5.5K lumen digital projector displaying the image on the wall, and one Ultra Short Throw projector displaying the image on a projection screen behind the event DJs.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures and a panoramic video of the event below.

10/9/13: Walter Kaitz Dinner After-Party featuring Chaka Kahn at the Marriot Marquis

On October ninth 2013, the Moore PA Hire team was invited to provide sound, video and lighting support the the 30th Annual Walter Kaitz Dinner's after party featuring Chaka Khan located at the Marriot Marquis.  For sound, we brought in our L'Acoustics dV-DOSC line array system as well as our L'Acoustics powered speaker system consisting of 108Ps and 112Ps with a Yamaha M7CL digital sound console for front of house control and a Yamaha PM5D for monitor control.  For video we brought in an LED wall (rigged in two sections as a back-drop for the performers on stage), (2) 6' X 10'8" projection screens, (2) Ultra Short Throw Projectors and (5) 70" LCD displays all controlled via our Watchout Media Server.  For lighting, we used a combination of conventional lighting, wired LED lighting, wireless LED lighting and both Elation Design Spot 250s as well as GLP Volkslicht Zoom moving fixtures all controlled via our MA on PC Command Wing.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures of this wonderful event below as well as a couple images of the Pre-Visualization we created.

9/30/2013: Grand Theft Auto 5 Musical Score Performance

On September thirtieth 2013 the Moore PA Hire team was invited to provide video, sound and lighting support/rentals for the musical score performance for the Grand Theft Auto V video game.  The score was created and performed by Tangerine Dream, Woody Jackson, The Alchemist and Oh No.  For video, we provided a 24' X 13.5' rear projection screen with a 20,000 Christie HD digital projector controlled via our Watchout media server.  For sound we used our L'Acoustics dV-DOSC line array system, and our self powered L'Acoustics 112P speaker systems for audio monitors in conjunction with our Sennheiser G3 In Ear Monitor systems. For audio control we used (2) Yamaha PM5D consoles.  For lighting we provided Elation Design Spot 250s, GLP Volkslicht Zoom LED movers, LED up-lighting and conventional lighting all controlled via our MA Lighting Commander Wing.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures of this amazing event below.
