03.05.25 - Yale - Saybrook - UNDP Hybrid Meeting

 Moore PA Hire, Inc. pulled out all the stops for this fully hybrid conference. This event, sanctioned by the UN, featured in-person presenters and attendees, right alongside remote presenters and attendees. We take our hybrid production very seriously, ensuring easy communication between in-person and remote participants at every step. 

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha DM3 to mix (6) Shure MX418C gooseneck mics alongside (8) channels of wireless handhelds from (2) Shure ULXD4Q. For speakers we provided (4) QSC CP8s

For video, we provided (2) 82" LCD screens, fed by (1) Roland VR120. To enable the Zoom integration for hybrid capabilities we set-up (1) Production Bot Switch 8 running vMix Pro and the NDI Tools Suite. For cameras we provided (2) Birddog P4K. In-person presenters and remote presenters could converse and talk to their respective slides throughout the event with ease. Both in-person and remote attendees could ask questions to all parties without compromise, leading to a smooth and fruitful discussion on the future of global energy.

03.04.25 - CREFC at The New York Athletic Club

We returned to the New York Athletic Club for the annual CREFC High Yield and Distressed Real Estate conference. We provided audio, video, multi-cam recording, and lighting services. Let’s take a look!

For Audio, we started with the Yamaha QL1 Digital Mixer, along with our L’Acoustics LA8 Amp & Production Rack. For Speakers we had eight L’Acoustics X8s placed around the room. We had (7) Shure MX418C podium mics set up for the panelists on stage as well as a Shure ULXD4Q providing four channels of wireless mics for Q&A and announcements. 


For video, our LSE-1 production rack, based around vMix Pro was used for mulitcam production. We provided (3) Sony FR7 PTZ Cameras to capture the event. The line cut from our video director was captured externally using the ATOMOS Sumo monitor.


To set the stage, we provided our High Refresh Rate Gloshine LED Panels. The wall was built behind the stage with Ground Support to be 3 meters high and 6 meters wide, 6 rows of 12 columns. It was fed by the Novastar MX40 Pro controller, with the video signal coming from Resolume Arena, to display a variety of dynamic graphics provided by the client. We also provided four 85’’ and two 70’’ LCD Televisions on rolling stands to display iMag and additional content, served by the ASUS Zenbook Pro server kit and the Roland VR-120. We rounded out our video deployment by adding in one DSAN Limitimer and one 43" confidence monitor on the downstage lip.


For lighting we used two Aputure 300x for stage wash and ETC S4 Mini 50s for hair light. We also had Quasar T8 Tube lights behind the stage to lights the pipe & drape backdrop

1.12 & 13.25 - Yale Rooftop Dining Room - CMAA Conference

 Moore PA once again returned to the Yale Club to provide audio and video equipment and services for the CMAA, City of New York Chapter.  Let's get into it!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5 mixing board and (1) L'Acoustics dV Amp.  For speakers, we used (8) L'Acoustic X8.  For microphones, we used (2) ULXD4 providing us with 8 channels of digital audio, (6) Shure MX418C, and (4) ULXD2 handheld mics.    

For video, we used (1) Roland VR120, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros using (1) Perfect Cue Mini.  Additionally, we provided (4) 85" TVs for content to be displayed across the ballroom.

12.20.24 Collegiate School Winter Program at St. Paul The Apostle Church

  Moore PA Hire went to The Church of St Paul the Apostle to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services for The Collegiate School's winter program. 

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5, (1) Yamaha QL1, and (4) Yamaha Rio 1608D. The QL5 mixed for the in-room audience, the QL1 for the livestream. For speakers in the room we provided (2) L'Acoustics DV-Subs, (6) L'Acoustics 108p, and (12) L'Acoustics X8. The (6) L'Acoustics 108p served as monitors for the orchestra and choir, will we interfaced via Dante with the Church's audio system for the in-room audience. For microphones, we provided (12) Shure MX418C goose-neck microphones for the choir. 

For video, we rolled in (2) Genie ST20 crank-up stands, (2) sticks of 12ft truss, and (56) VMX 2.6 LED panels powered by (2) VX1000 processors to form (2) large imag screens above the low altar where the orchestra and choir were positioned. Additionally, we brought (2) 85inch TVs to serve content and image to the back of the church.   

For the recording and livestreaming portion of things, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (2) Sony FR7s and (4) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space.  Additionally, we used (1) Atomos Sumo to save and record the concert.
