For this event, the Moore PA team setup gear in the Yale Club's Tap Room for a conference presented by NACD, providing audio and video needs throughout the evening.
To cover the audio needs we setup (1) LA-8 Rack, providing (1) L'Acoustics 2ch amp powering (4) White X8 speakers, as well a stagebox to direct signal output for (6) L'Acoustic 108 speakers, and receive input from (17) Shure MX418C Cardioid Gooseneck mics. These were set around the long U shaped table to allow each attendee to join the discussion while eliminating any and all room feedback. All these channels were fed into our Yamaha QL-1 console, controlling the balance, as well as external video playback.
For video needs we setup (1) Panasonic PT-MZ880 Projector, and our in-house 6'x10' front projection screen kit. The content was fed to this with (1) Dell Latitude laptop and (1) Roland VR-120 Video Switcher. Lastly, to ensure seamless flow throughout the event we setup (1) Limit Timer, and (1) Perfect Cue Mini for presenters to advance their slides.
Check out some of the photos from the evening!
