5/19/16 Dumbo 10th Anniversary under Dumbo Archway
5/19/16 was Dumbo's 10th Anniversary and Community meeting under the Dumbo Archway. Moore Pa Hire provided color changing effects with the Philips ColorBlast TRX and pipe and drape to showcase the significant changes that have occurred in this previously industrialized neglected area.
