Moore PA Hire loaded into The Collegiate School's proscenium theatre to provide video, audio, and livestreaming equipment and services for their annual christmas concert. We had all bases covered from the 80 person orchestra to the various singers and speakers. Due to the Covid-19 crisis all 600 audience members were virtual and watching on our proprietary platform.
Our live streaming package consisted of our flagship custom built LSE-1 (Live Switch Encode) which features 2 workstations each running vMix Pro for all recording and live streaming needs. LSE-1 also contains multiple 2.5 gigabit and 10 gigabit networking switches to provide plenty of bandwidth for video and audio routing as well as interface with the venue on an as-needed basis. In this case, we were able to send our video program with embedded audio through The Collegiate School's existing IP network to a number of overflow rooms. We provided (4) Birddog P4Ks and a number of Birddog Flex4Ks for converting video to NDI around the production.
Our audio package consisted of our Yamaha QL-1 w/ Yamaha Rio stage boxes for monitor mixes to the orchestra and singers, combined with our Yamaha QL-5 for Stream Audio. With this, we are able to use Dante to bounce audio around the production and to and from the livestream encoder as needed and with very low latency.
