06.28.23 - Annaly Capital at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire headed to the New York Athletic Club President's room to provide audio, video, and remote conferencing equipment and services for the annual Annaly Capital general meeting. Let's dive in.

For audio, we began (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608-D. For speakers, we laid out (4) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. For microphones, we provided (1) Shure MX418C podium microphone, along with (2) Shure ULXD4Q to give us eight channels of wireless microphones, one for each table around the room.

For video, we first set up the equipment for the in-room content. This was mixed and controlled by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros. For displaying said content, we built (2) 10ft x 6ft LED walls, each comprising (28) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s. 

Then we turned our sights on the remote video conferencing aspect, to allow speakers and attendees joining on Zoom to seamlessly participate and interact with those attending in person. We rolled in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this was (3) Birddog P4K cameras so that those on Zoom could see the speakers and attendees in the room. The rack interfaced with the Roland VR50HD so that it could both send and receive video content to ensure all attendees would have the same experience, whether they were at NYAC or in their own homes.

06.27.23 - The Top50 Pizza Awards for Manno Media at Chelsea Market

  Moore PA Hire pulled in to the dock at Chelsea Market to provide audio, video, recording and livestreaming, staging and lighting equipment and services for the Top50 Pizza Awards, produced by Manno Media, as they celebrated the best pizzamakers from around the United States.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Shure ULXD4Q providing 4 channels of wireless mics. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p.

For video, we rolled in (4) 82" TV. To act as the hub for the event, we brought in (1) Production Bot Switch 8. Tied into this were (2) Birddog P4K to record  and livestream the event, as well as (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro to serve the client-provided PDF slides. The livestream was beamed the client's Facebook page, Youtube page, and Moore PAs bespoke Content Delivery Network, Streamy.Cloud. 

For staging we provided (1) 12ft x 8ft stage on 16 inch legs, as well as (1) acrylic podium. For lighting we provided (4) ETC Luster Series 2.

06.16.23 - Bulleit Bourbon Event for Proof Media

 Moore PA Hire teamed up once again with Proof Media to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for the Bulleit Bourbon "Spirits & Lyrics" event.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For inputs, we provided (2) Shure ULXD4Q giving us eight channels of wireless mics. For speakers, we brought in (6) L'Acoustics 112p, (2) L'Acoustics 108p, (2) L'Acoustics SB15p, and (2) L'Acoustics SB218. 

For video, we built (1) 10ft x 6ft LED wall comprising (14) Infiled P3.9 LED panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S. This was fed by Resolume Arena running on (1) Razer Blade 15 Advanced.

For lighting, we provided (6) ETC Luster Series 2. We also brought in (24) ADJ WiFly LED Uplights.

06.15.23 - Perrin Conference at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the 9th floor lounge at the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, an lighting equipment and services for the annual Perrin Conferences. Let's go!

For audio, we provided (8) Shure MX418C for the presenters on stage, along with (2) Shure ULX P4 wireless handheld microphones for Q&A. The show was mixed using (1) Mackie DL16S. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 108p.

For video, we began with (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. For displays, we provided (2) Optoma ZU850 8K Laser projectors, paired with (2) AC Stumpfl 10ft x 6ft projection screens.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Luster Series 2. Finally, we provided (1) DSAN Limitmer to keep the event rolling along.

06.14.23 - Infocomm Conference in Orlando, Florida

 Moore PA hit the open road bound for Orlando, Florida, to provide video equipment and services for the VMX & Yaham Optics booth at the annual Infocomm Conference.

We provided (1) 16ft x 9ft LED wall comprising (60) VMX P2.6 LED panels, controlled by (1) Novastar VX1000. The LED wall was hung from 20ft of venue provided truss, with all rigging, power and data cabling provided by Moore PA.

In addition to the set-up, we also had the pleasure of hanging out with our friends at Birddog, Yamaha, Sony, Blackmagic Design, and Shure.

06.11.23 - Cold Spring Harbor High School Graduation

 Moore PA Hire headed for Long Island, more specifically Cold Spring Harbor High School, to provide video, audio, and livestreaming equipment and services for their 2023 graduation ceremony.

For video, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4Ks and (1) Sony F5 to record and livestream the event to the client's Youtube channel. 

For displays in the gymnasium, we provided (2) 10ft x 6ft LED walls, each comprising of (12) Infiled P3.9 LED panels and controlled by (2) Novastar VX4S. These were flown from (2) Genie ST-25 crank up stands. 

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For microphones, we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium microphones, along with (1) Shure ULXD4Q giving us four channels of wireless microphones for the choir performances. For speakers, we rolled in (6) L'Acoustics DV-Dosc and (2) L'Acoustics DV-Subs.

 Moore PA Hire once again joined forces with Proof Media to provide lighting equipment and services for this year's Bulliet Bourbon Tribeca Film Festival party.

06.07.23 - The Collegiate School Stepping Up Ceremony 2023

  Moore PA Hire headed for Columbus Circle, to provide video, audio, and livestreaming equipment and services for the Collegiate School's 2023 stepping up ceremony.

For video, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (3) Birddog P4Ks to record and livestream the event to the Moore PA's bespoke content delivery network, Streamy.Cloud. Additionally, we streamed the event to the adjacent auditorium to serve as an over-flow space. 

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For microphones, we provided (1) Shure MX418C podium microphones, along with (5) additional Shure MX418C for the choir performances. For speakers, we rolled in (3) L'Acoustics LA-8 amplifiers, (6) L'Acoustics DV-Dosc, (2) L'Acoustics DV-Subs, and (2) L'Acoustics 108p.
