04.23.24 - AAU - James E. Sullivan Awards at The New York Athletic Club

  The Moore PA Hire team returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services for another annual James E. Sullivan AAU award ceremony.  Let's jump in.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D and (1) Yamaha QL5 mixing board.  For speakers, we used (8) L'Acoustic X8 and (4) L'Acoustic 108P.  For microphones, we used (1) ULXD4 providing us with 4 channels of digital audio and (1) Shure MX418C.  

For video, we began with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Tied into this were (3) birddog p4k PTZ cameras to capture and record the event discreetly hung using Manfrotto AutoPoles controlled by (1) Skaarhoj PTZ Pro V2.  For content, we built (2) LED walls, approximately 3.5m x 2m, using (2) Genie ST20s.  Each LED wall comprised of (28) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  This was mixed by (1) Roland VR120, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.  Additionally, we provided (2) 70" for content to be displayed in the cardamom and (2) Ikan confidence monitors.   

For lighting, we provided (8) dimmable Quasar Science Q30 T8 and (2) ETC Lustr S2. We provided (24) wireless LED lights for both the cardroom and lounge and (4) Source 4 Mini's for hair lighting on the stage.  We also (4) Aputure Spotlights.   Lastly, we provided all the necessary pipe and drape for the stage and behind the LED walls.

04.16.24 - CRE Financial Council - Spring Symposium at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club for the CREFC Spring Symposium to provide video, audio, and lighting equipment and services.  Let's jump in!

For video, we began with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. 04.11.24 - Glass Ceiling - UN Foundation Girl Up

 The Moore PA Hire team went to The Glass Ceiling to provide audio equipment and services for the Girl Up United Nations Foundation.  Let's dive in!

For audio, we provided (2) ULXD4Q-G50 providing us with 8 digital audio channels with (2) UA874 Active Direction Antenna with stands.  We used (1) Yamaha DM3-D digital mixer. and supplied (8) ULXD wireless handhelds microphones.  Additionally we provided (1) MacBook Pro Server with Spotify Premium for background music.   For speakers, we used (4) L'Acoustic X8.  Lastly, we brought all the necessary cables and system power.
