For this event, Moore PA brought out our 4k recording setup for Warner Bros Direct at the Director's Guild Theater on 57th st. Manhattan, this one features our premium recording package with a minimal footprint for space, lets dive in.
For audio needs we brought in a Yamaha DM-7 mixer, and (3) Shure ULXD4Q Wireless units to provide 12 channels of wireless audio for the Q&A, everyone getting a Shure ULXD2 handheld mic. The evet was then multi-tracked for maximum control in post-production.
For video needs we brought in (4) Sony FR-7 PTZ Cameras, two of which were equipped with Sony 70-200mm zoom lenses, allowing for tight shots of the speakers onstage. The were connected to our Production Bot Server for color balance and PTZ control with a Skaarhoj controller, the individual SDI feeds were also multi-tracked and recorded with (2) Atomos Shogun Studio II recorders, and (1) Atomos Sumo SE recorder, this left us with 4 ISO records in the shogun and one line cut recording in the Sumo, this was accomplished with a basic routing setup and 4K Blackmagic switcher.

Starting with audio, we setup (4) L'Acoustic X8 speakers powered by (1) LA-4 amp, and used (4) DPA Head worn mics giving a hands-free, clear sound for the room; these were fed into a Yamaha DM-7 mixer, giving complete control and balance of the sources.
For video needs we setup a 5M Wide by 2.5M High LED Wall, using Gloshine 2.6P panels, with processing held in our Novastar MX40 rack. The centerpiece of this event was a live makeup demo, requiring the models to be displayed for the whole room on the screen, this was accomplished with (1) Sony FR-7 PTZ Camera, equipped with a 70mm-200mm zoom lens and 2X extender, this gave us a tight shot from the back of the room of the models onstage. In addition we also set up (1) 43" confidence monitor, with it's signal being received using a Hollyland 4k wireless transmitter and receiver. Content was fed to the wall via (2) laptops and (1) Roland VR-120 video switcher, lastly (1) Atomos Sumo SE was used to record a one-on-one interview with the artist leading the masterclass.
To cover staging needs we used (3) pieces of stage deck, fitted with black skirt and carpet, as well as (4) Aputure 300x spotlights setup in the corners of the room, this gave us ample lighting for the room and camera display.

For this one the Moore PA team setup shop in the rooftop dining room of the Yale Club, providing AV services for an event presented by IBM
To cover audio needs we used (4) L'Acoustics X8 speakers around the room, powered by an LA4 amp, for mics we used (1) Shure ULX4Q Wireless unit, providing 4 channels of wireless audio in this case for handheld mics, additionally we used one Shure MX418C Gooseneck podium mic. These were then fed into a Yamaha DM-3 mixers for room control and music playback.
For video needs we setup (3) 70" LCD Displays and (1) Panasonic 8K Laser Projector, giving the room four displays for content, which was provided via (2) Dell Latitude laptops and (1) Roland VR-120 video switcher.

Moore PA brought in and set up gear to the Bowery Hotel for a small event presented by Reebok, this one was a simple load-in, featuring presentations displayed on a 75" LCD TV over airplay, in addition we also had hard-wire connection from (2) Dell Latitude laptops routed into a Roland VR-50 MK2 for additional presentations, lastly we setup (1) Perfect Cue Mini for seamless slide control. For this event, Moore PA Hire brought out our high tech gear of audio, video, and LED walls. We also, brought our 4k recording set up to record both events that was taking place in the Card Room and 9th Floor Lounge. This event took place at the New York Athletic Club for the M&A Advisors.
As we have done many events at NYAC before, this was an event we enjoyed working. For audio we had our Yamaha QL5 set up and our L'Acoustics X8's set up around the 9th Floor Lounge.
For our video gear, our we set up a ground supported LED Wall behind the stage. This was able to display some of the live action shots done with our FR7 cameras, and also included backdrops for the event.
We included some of our lighting gear such as our Aputure 600X Pro's and Aputure 300X's.

Moore PA Hire was asked to come and work an event at the New York Athletic Club for the All Sports Dinner. Moore PA Hire came to supply all high tech gear of video, audio, lighting, and staging.
For audio, we had our Yamaha QL1 set up alongside of our L'Acoustics X8's, shotgun room mics, and podium mics.
For video, we were able to display two of our projector screens alongside of our (4) 85in TV monitors.
Moore PA Hire was also asked to video record this event. This included; our LSE, (6) FR7's for capture, (2) follow spot lights.
For staging, we were able to pipe and drape the NYAC Gym as well covering some of the basketball boards.
As there were couple hundred people attending, we wanted to make sure every inch of the gym was covered with speakers, mics, pipe/drape, and video displays for attendees to see and listen.

Moore PA set up gear to the Bowery Hotel for an event presented by Orange Barrel Media, this gig featured presentations displayed on a 75" LCD TV over Apple Airplay, we also provided (15) power strips for tables set-up around the room. Check out a photo below!
Moore PA Hire supported a two day event at the New York Athletic Club for the Appraisers Association of America. Moore PA Hire was able to set up gear in the 9th Floor Lounge as well as multiple of NYAC's Olympic Rooms on the 10th Floor for simultaneous breakout sessions. This consisted of full audio, visual, and recording equipment.
Audio support for the 9th Floor included the Yamaha QL5 followed by podium mics on stage for the speakers. We set up our L'Acoustics X8's to the left and right side of the room. For video support, Moore PA Hire built (2) 3.5M x 2M LED Wall and (2) 70in TV monitors. This was rigged on truss to the left and right side of the stage. (4) of our Sony FR7's, were displayed around the 9th Floor Lounge. Lighting consisted of (2) Aputure 300X's. Lastly, for staging we hung some of our blue pipe and drape.
For audio support for all the breakout rooms, we set up our DM3 Mix Racks, podium mics, and our L'Acoustic X8's. For video, we brought in our (2) 65in TV monitors and (2) 82in TV monitors. Each room had one or two of our Birddog
P4K cameras.

Moore PA Hire supported an event for Kylemore Abbey at Club 101. For this event, Moore PA Hire brought in the Yamaha QL1 followed by the Yamaha RIO. We set up (4) L'Acoustics X8's in the space.
Video was supported by (2) of our 85in TV monitors to the left and right of the stage. We brought in our Roland VR-120 for switching between slides. Moore PA Hire also built 18' W x 8' D x 9" H stage for the event with our stage skirt.

Moore PA Hire supported an event for Turning Rock Partners at the New York Athletic Club on the 9th Floor Lounge and the Cardroom.
For audio we brought in our Yamaha QL1, (8) X8's that were powered by our LA-4 Rack.
For video support we brought in (4) of our 85in TV monitors. They were displayed to the left and right of the stage in the lounge. This event was also being recorded. For that we brought in our LSE 1, (3) Sony FR7's.
Lighting gear we were able to bring in (2) Aputure 300X's. We also displayed some of our up-lighting on the stage in the lounge. We finished the lounge's stage with some of our pipe and drape.

The team loaded into the New York Athletic Club for another one, this time the main focus being the 9th floor cardroom. We provided audio and in-room visual display for the client, centering on a 6Mx2.5M P 2.6 LED Wall as backdrop, and display for presentations.
The audio needs for the setup were fairly simple, as we brought in (1) QL-1 Mixer and paired it with our L'Acoustics setup, (4) X8 Speakers set for the cardroom, and an additional two for the exhibits happening in the Lounge, Powered by (1) LA-8 amp, a part of the LA rack, also housing a Shure ULX4Q 4ch wireless unit. This allowed for (1) Shure MX418C Wireless Podium Mic and (3) ULXD2 Handheld Mics for the panels.
For the video needs we setup the LED Wall behind the stage, switching between full screen headshot/info slides, and a layered picture in picture display for PowerPoints. This was all done with (1) Novastar MX30 processor and (4) Dell Latitude Laptops, allowing for seamless transition between presenters. Additionally we used (1) Perfect Cue Mini for advancing slides, (1) 43" Confidence monitor, and (1) Limit Timer to keep the day on schedule. Check out some photos from the event below!
