11.16.22 North Shore Animal League at Royalton Rooftop

 Moore PA Hire headed down Park Avenue to provide audio, video, livestreaming, and staging equipment and services for the North Shore Animal League fundraiser and auction at the Royalton Rooftop.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. These fed (4) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. For microphones, we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium mics, (1) Shure ULXD4Q 4 channel wireless kit, as well as all necessary DI and cables for the musical performances later in the night.

For video and livestreaming, we began with (1) Production Bot Switch 8. This ingested feeds from (3) Birddog P4Ks and (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro and livestreamed over SRT to the client's back-end service for remote fundraising and auctioning.  For the in-venue audience, we provided (1) 82inch TV and (2) 70 inch TVs. 

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 and (3) Quasar Science Q30 T8 uplights to highlight the client-provided backdrop. For staging we provided (2) 6x4 decks on 2ft legs, along with appropriate stage skirt and stairs. Finally, we provided (1) Acrylic Podium.

11.16.22 - VOICES Gala at the New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire provided audio, video, multi-cam recording, and lighting equipment and services for the Voices Gala in the New York Athletic Club. 

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5 paired with (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. These fed (6) L'Acoustics 112p and (1) L'Acoustics 108p. For microphones we provided (6) Shure MX418C gooseneck microphones both for remarks and musical performances, as well as (1) Shure ULXD4Q 4 channel wireless microphone kit. 

For video, we provided (4) 82inch TVs and (2) 70inch TVs spread across the lounge and card room on the 9th floor at the New York Athletic Club. These were fed by our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. For content playback we provided (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. For multi-cam recording we provided (3) Birddog P4Ks, with all video streams being recorded in (1) Atomos Sumo monitor/recorder. All footage was handed off to the client for editing and future use. 

For lighting we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2, as well as (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8 uplights to highlight the client-provided back drop.

11.13.22 - The Rockaway Hotel Memorial Service

Moore PA Hire headed to The Rockaway Hotel to provide audio, video, and staging equipment and services for the Celebration of Life of George Farrell.

For video, we began with twelve panels of Infiled P3.9 LED wall. These were assembled and flown from (1) 12ft stick of box truss. The LEDs were controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S, which in turn was fed by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2. The content was served from (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro.

For audio, we rolled in (4) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics 108P  For microphones we provided (1) Shure MX418C podium-style mic as well as (1) Shure ULXD4Q. The whole system was tied together by (1) Yamaha QL-1.

Finally, we built a 24ft x 6ft stage on 2ft legs.

11.10.22 - Ireland-U.S. Council at The Metropolitan Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the Metropolitan Club to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording, and lighting equipment and services for the bi-annual US Ireland Council dinner.

For audio, we provided (1) Yamaha QL1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. These fed (6) L'Acoustics 108P. For microphones, we set up (5) Shure MX418C gooseneck microphones for use both for remarks and the musical performances at the end of the night. 

For video, we began with (4) 82inch TVs, fed by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2. For content playback with provided (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros. For multi-cam recording we started with (1) Atomos Sumo monitor/recorder, paired with (2) Birddog P4Ks.

For lighting we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 and for staging we provided green velour pipe & drape behind the stage.

11.09.22 - Appraiser Association of America Annual Conference at The New York Athletic Club

Moore PA Hire rolled in to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video, lighting, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services for the annual AAA conference. Let's jump in!

For audio, we started with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. On stage, we laid out (6) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, with (1) Shure ULXD4Q back at control to provide (4) channels of wireless mics. For speakers, we provided (6) L'Acoustics 112p and (4) L'Acoustics 108p.

The 9th floor lounge was packed from start to finish, so with this in mind we loaded in (1) Infiled 3.9 10ft x 6ft LED walls, suspended from a Genie ST20 crank up stand. Additionally, we provided (3) 82" TVs to serve as confidence monitors for those on stage as well as digital signage around the 9th floor. 

Continuing on to multi-cam recording and streaming, we rolled in with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space to capture the presenters at the podium as well as any questions from the in-person audience. With the in-room audience taken care of, we could turn our attention to our remote audience and contributors. We prepared a full hybrid workflow which saw remote contributors joining their fellow in-person panelists with the ability to present and discuss freely, as well as advance and share their own content as needed. Finally, the full program was cut inside vMix Pro and streamed out to the client's Youtube channel.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 as well as (4) Quasar Science Q30 T8 to set the stage for this multi-day conference.

On the 10th floor, we prepared (3) breakout rooms. These were also all livestreamed to the client's Youtube Channel. Each room consisted of (2) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, (1) 82inch TV, (1) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Mackie DL1608 audio mixer, and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. The key to this event was to have all rooms independent and at the ready at all times. As the audience migrated around NYAC over the course of two days, wherever they arrived we were ready to capture and broadcast within a few moments.

11.09.22 Project Find at Apple Bank

 Moore PA Hire pulled up outside Apple Bank on the Upper West Side to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording and lighting equipment and services for Project Find.


For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL1 and (1) Yamaha Rio-1608D. These mixed (1) Shure MX418C podium mic and playback audio/video. For speakers we provided (6) QSC CP8s. 

For video, we provided (1) Optoma ZU850 8k laser projector and (2) 65 inch TVs, fed by (1) Roland VR50HD. For content playback we set up (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. For recording, we provided (1) Birddog P4K and the Atomos Sumo monitor/recorder.

For lighting, we brought in (24) American DJ WiFlys, alongside (2) ETC Lustr Series 2 fixtures. For staging, we provided (2) 6x4 decks on 2ft legs, as well as appropriate stage skirt and stairs and (1) Acrylic Podium.

11.03.22 - A JAM Artist Event at MOMA

Moore PA Hire headed to the MOMA to provide projection and staging equipment and services for their A JAM Artist event.

To set the stage, we started with (2) 4ft x 6ft decks of staging on 2ft legs. At the upstage lip we setup a 6ft x 10ft front projection screen. On the balcony across the room, we stacked (2) Optoma ZU850 Laser projectors for maximum brightness and sharpness. These were fed by (1) Roland VR50HD Mk2, with content coming from (1) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro.
