11.13.23 - All Sports Awards at the New York Athletic Club

 The Moore PA Hire team once again headed to the New York Athletic Club for the annual All Sports Awards Gala to supply audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Here, we go!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For speakers we provided (8) L'Acoustics X8 and (2) L'Acoustics LA-8 amps. For microphones, we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium-style mics and (2) shotgun mics to capture the audience.

For video, we started with (7) Birddog P4K ptz cameras tied in to our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. For content playback we provided (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. As far as screens in the room go, we provided (2) Optoma ZU850 8K laser projectors, along with (4) 82inch TVs that displayed playback and imag. 

For lighting, we provided (8) Chauvet Rogue R2 moving lights, as well as (14) ETC Lustr Series 2 and () ETC S4WRDs. All of these were tied together and controlled from GrandMA2 on PC paired with the MA Command Wing and the MA Fader Wing. For additional lighting around the space, we set up (8) Quasar Science Q30 T8 and a selection of ETC S4 Minis.

For staging, we provided 700ft of Royal Milano blue velour pipe & drape all the way around the room to transform the basketball court into a gala space.

11.08 & 11.09.23 - Appraiser Association of America Annual Conference at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, lighting, and video equipment and services for the Appraiser Association of America's Annual Conference.  Let's get into it.

For audio, we started with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D. On stage, we laid out (8) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, with (1) Shure ULXD4Q back at control to provide (4) channels of wireless mics.  For speakers, we provided (8) L'Acoustics X8.  

The 9th floor lounge was packed from start to finish, so with this in mind we loaded in (2) VMX 2.6 10ft x 6ft LED walls, suspended from a Genie ST20 crank up stand. Additionally, we provided (3) 82" TVs for additional coverage of the event and content.  

The conference had guests in-person and remote attendees and speakers.  With that in mind, we rolled in with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space to capture the presenters at the podium as well as any questions from the in-person audience. With the in-room audience taken care of, we could turn our attention to our remote audience and contributors. We prepared a full hybrid workflow which saw remote contributors joining their fellow in-person panelists with the ability to present and discuss freely, as well as advance and share their own content as needed. Finally, the full program was cut inside vMix Pro and streamed out to the client's Youtube channel.

For lighting, we supplied (2) ETC Lustr S2 to set the stage for this multi-day conference.  

On the 10th floor, we prepared (3) breakout rooms. These were also all livestreamed to the client's Youtube Channel. Each room consisted of (2) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, (1) 82inch TV, (1) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Mackie DL1608 audio mixer, and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. The key to this event was to have all rooms independent and at the ready at all times. As the audience migrated around NYAC over the course of two days, wherever they arrived we were ready to capture and broadcast within a few moments.

10.23.23 - Young Dance Collective at the Manhattan Penthouse

 The Moore PA Hire team to the Manhattan Penthouse to provide audio, lighting, and video equipment and services for the Young Dance Collective.  Let's jump into it!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D and (1) Yamaha QL1 Mixer.  For microphones, we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium microphones and (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 to provide us with 8 digital audio channels.  For speakers, we used (2) L'Acoustics 108P, (8) L'Acoustics X8, and (1) L'Acoustics LA-8. 

For video, we brought in our premier livestream recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Feeding the rack was (3) Birddog PTZ cameras to capture footage.  To display content, we used (2) 85" TVs on stands that were fed by (1) Roland VR-50 and (1) Asus Pro Zenbook.  

For lighting, we (1) Command Wing with grandMA from (1) Asus Pro Zenbook.  Additionally, we used (24) wireless LED uplights and (6) ETC LUSTR S2.

10.17.23 - Club 101 - Citizens Budget Commission, CBC

  Moore PA Hire turned onto 41st street in Manhattan to provide video, audio, staging, and lighting equipment and services at the 101 Club. Our client was the Citizen's Budget Commission for another edition of their monthly press conference breakfasts with notable leaders from the New York metro area. Our scope of work was to cater to the in-person audience, as well as record the program to hand off to the client for future distribution.

For video, we began with (3) Birddog P4K. The camera feeds were fed into (1) Production Bot Switch 8, built around vMix Pro. The line cut as well as isolated camera recordings were also recorded internally and later transcoded before hand-off.

For audio, we began with (1) Mackie DL-16S and (3) Shure MX418 podium-style microphones on short-stands. For speakers we provided (4) L'Acoustics 112P and (2) L'Acoustics 108P to ensure optimal coverage across the room. 

For staging we provided (3) 4ft x 6ft decks on 18inch legs as well as green velour pipe & drape to set the stage. As for lighting we provided (4) Quasars to uplight the client-provided branded backdrop.

10.17.23 - InMobi Panel Discussion at Refinery Rooftop

 Moore PA Hire headed to Refinery Rooftop for InMobi's 3 A's of Advertisings panel discussion where we provided audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Let's start!

For audio, we used (1) Shure ULXD4Q-G50 to give us 8 digital audio channels.  For microphones, we used (8) ULXD2 handheld microphones and (1) DPA headworn microphone.  All mics were then mixed by (1) Mackie DL16S.  For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics X8 and (1) L'Acoustics LA-8.  

For video, we provided our P2.6 LED wall consisting of (28) panels total, which was approximately 3.5 meters wide x 2 meters high.  The wall was fed through (1) Novastar VX1000.  Content was then displayed on the wall by (1) Razor Blade 15 using Resolume software.  We provided (3) Birddog PTZ cameras to capture and record footage which was fed by (1) Production Bot Switch 8.  

For Lighting, we provided (4) Lustr Series-2, (2) Gobos, and (24) Wireless LED uplights.

10.14.23 - Bulleit Bourbon for Proof Media at Terminal 5

 Moore PA Hire once again teamed up with Proof Media for the Bulleit 100 Hours Showcase at Terminal 5 to provide audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Let's get started!

For audio, we provided (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 and (4) hand held microphones mixed and controlled by (1) Mackie DL16S.  For speakers, we supplied (2) L'Acoustics SB218, (6) L'Acoustics 112P, and (1) L'Acoustics LA-8.  For on-stage performances, we provided (1) Fender 65 Twin Reverb.

For video, we built (1) 10ft x 6ft LED wall comprising (12) Infiled P3.9 LED panels controlled by (1) Novastar VX4S.  This was fed by Resolume Arena running on (1) Razer Blade 15 Advanced.  

For lighting, we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2 controlled by (1) MA Command Wing using grandMA2 on (1) Asus Zenbook Pro and (24) ADJ WiFly LED Uplights.

10.11.23 - Force Blue at the New York Athletic Club

 Moore P.A. Hire retuned to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, video and lighting equipment and services for a live simulcast broadcast of the inaugural Force Blue Tattoo.  Let's begin!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D and (1) Yamaha QL5 Mixer.  For microphones, we provided (6) Shure MX418C podium microphones and (4) ULXD2 handheld microphones using the (1) Shure ULXD4q-50.  For speakers, we had (2) L'Acoustics 108P, (8) L'Acoustics X8, and (1) L'Acoustics LA-8.  

For video, we brought in our premier livestream recording production rack - the LSE-1.  The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwith connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  Feeding the rack was (3) Birddog PTZ cameras to capture footage.  We built (2) LED walls, approximately 3.5m x 2m, using (2) Genie ST20s.  Each LED wall comprised of (28) VMX P2.6 LED panels controlled by (2) Novastar VX1000s.  This was mixed by (1) Roland Vr50HD Mk2, with content served by (3) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.  

For lighting, we provided (7) Quasar Science Q30 T8, (2) Lustr Series-2, (8) Rogue R2, and (24) Wireless LED uplights.
