4/9/2014: Farm Heros game launch at Flat Iron Plaza

On April ninth 2014 the Moore PA Hire team was asked to provide sound, lighting, video support and power distribution for the official launch of Farm Heroes Saga (a downloadable game/app for iOS and Android).  For sound we used or L'Acoustics 108Ps placed throughout the custom built space and used our Yamaha LS9 digital mixing console to maintain even sound distribution.  For lighting, we used a combination of conventional lighting and LED moving fixtures all controlled via out MA onPC Command Wing.  Video wise, we brought in a 70 inch LCD display and using an Apple TV we displayed the video game being played live.  Please take a moment and have a look at a nice write up of the event in Bizbash as well as some video and pictures of the event below.

4/7/2014: Sneaker Commercial Shoot with HSCUSA

On April seventh 2014, The Moore PA Hire team was asked to provide lighting and haze for a TV Commercial shoot by HSCUSA for New Balance foot apparel.  We used MAC Aura moving LED fixtures as well as our Ultratec Radiance hazer all controlled via Martin Light Jockey 2.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures below.

3/22/2014: PS 87 School Benefit Auction at 630 Second Avenue

On March 22 2014 the Moore PA Hire team was invited to provide lighting and audio for this annual fundraising auction which The P.S. 87 Parent Teacher Association puts on each year located at 630 Second Avenue.  For lighting, we brought in a combination of conventional lighting as well as LED lighting, to include:  GLP Volkslicht LED moving fixtures, stationary LED lighting and Source 4 Lekos all controlled via out MA onPC Command Wing lighting controller.  For audio, we brought in our EV Deltamax system as well as a microphone package that included a Podium Mic.  All facets of audio were controlled via our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console.  Please take a moment to have a look at some video of this event as well as a pre-visualization video we provided for out client showing what the show would look like in a virtual space.  Also below are some images of this event.

3/6/2014: Wieden Kennedy Launch Party

On March 6th 2014, the Moore PA hire team was invited to provide sound, lighting, and video support for the new Wieden Kennedy Office Launch Party.  This was a multiple roomed event with audio and lighting in (2) rooms while the third room was for viewing a video only.  In the Video room, we used our high tech video playback system to facilitate showing an in house created video for WK's guests to enjoy.  For sound, we strategically placed pieces of our L'Acoustics Powered speaker system around the multi floored Event Space/Office using our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console to control all audio.   For lighting we brought in a combination of conventional lighting, wireless LED lighting, wired LWD lighting and our GLP Volkslicht Zoom LED moving fixtures.  The lighting system on each floor of the building was controlled by either a Grand MA onPC or our PC based lighting control software, Light Jockey.  This was truly a wonderful event.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures below.

3/14/2014: Hosted by The Consulate General of Ireland: Kevin Dundun on WLIW

On March fourteenth 2014, the Moore PA hire team was asked to provide sound, lighting and video for the launch party for Kevin Dundon's new cooking show on WLIW (a division of PBS).  For sound we brought in our L'Acousrics 108P powered speaker system, wireless microphones and a podium mic all controlled via our Yamaha LS9 digital sound console.  For lighting we used out GLP Volkslicht Moving LED fixtures as well as some conventional lights all controlled from our MA onPC Command wing.  For video, we used a combination of DVD players as well our Dataton Watchout 5.2 Media server outputting to (2) 40" LCD displays.  Please take a moment and have a look at some pictures of this event below.

2/13/14: Culture-Horde Nelson Mandela benefit at the Church of St. Paul the Apostle

On February 13th 2014, the Moore PA Hire team was asked to provide sound, lighting and video support for the Culture Horde Nelson Mandella benefit at The Church of St. Paul the Apostle.  Morgan Freeman and Bill Clinton were speaking at this event that showcased the Soweto Gospel Choir.  For sound we brought in our L'Acoustics dV-DOSC line array as well as our L'Acoustics powered speaker system (which was used for monitors).  All sound equipment was controlled via our Yamaha M7CL digital sound board.  For lighting we used all conventional/theatrical lighting controlled via our grandMA on PC lighting controller.  For video we provided 4 projection screens (2 via rear projection from our 5,500 Lumen digital projectors and 2 via front projection from our ultrashort throw digital projectors) and (2) Digital Video cameras for image magnification, all controlled via our Dataton Watchout v 5.2 media server.  Please take a moment and have a look at some video and pictures of this event below.
