On November 1, 2016, Moore P.A. Hire Inc. was asked to provide audio and video support for the Weinstein Carnegie Philanthropic Group who hosted "Aktiv Against Cancer" at the New York Athletic Club. The audio system consisted of (6) of our L’Acoustics 108P speakers controlled by our Yamaha QL-1. Presenters were provided with our Shure MX418 podium mic and also with Shure UR4D wireless mic system.
For video, we used our Roland VR-50 HD AV switcher and (2) of our Sanyo 2.5K ultra short throw projectors along with (2) of our 6’ x 10’ 8” AV Stumpfl Monoblox S32 projection screens complete with drape kit. To serve content, we provided one of our Macbook Pro's complete with previously downloaded and vetted content. This was a time saving measure due to the limited time (1.5 hrs) to completely set up and test these AV systems, including a last minute camera audio feed! The event was a complete success and our client was very happy with the end result.
