2/19/12: George Dickel: Raising the Bar at 82 Mercer

On February nineteenth, 2013 the Moore PA Hire team was invited to set the mood at George Dikel's Raising the Bar event at the wonderful 82 Mercer event space.  We provided a 3D mapped projection as well as other video elements, lighting and interfaced with the house sound system in order to maximize the potential of the sound in the space.

For video, we had a video loop custom made to be projected onto a 3D surface (the surface was a 8 foot tall, mock whiskey barrel with a 9' H x 12' W backdrop).  We projected using our Sanyo 5,500 lumen digital projectors controlled/mapped via our Watchout media server.  We also displayed (2) Dickel sizzle reals via our 70" Sharp AQUOS LCD displays.

For lighting, used the house track lighting augmented with LED lighting and Source 4 Lekos (some with logo GOBOs).  For sound we provided wireless microphones as well as interfaced with the house sound system via our Yamaha LS9 digital console.
