The video system we supplied consisted of two 6’ 10’ 8” screens AV Stumpfl Monoblox S32 projection screens complete with drape kit. We used our ultra short throw Sonya 2.5K Projectors. The Decimator MD-HX Miniature cross converter and the AJA Hi5 HD-SDI/SDI to HDMI video and audio converters distributed video with precision. Our 16 oz. velour pipe and drape provided suitable masking. The 6’ x 8’ x 18” stage we provided help presenters and audience connect. For lighting, we used twenty four of our Phillips Color Blast TRX RGBAW LED lights to up-light the wall of this amazing venue with the client's choice of color. Two of our Source 4WRD dimmable lights illuminated the stage. Lighting control was distributed using our wireless DMX City Theatrical SHoW Baby. Our audio system for the presentation featuring excerts from the newly released book from Atlas Obscura was supported by six of our L’Acoustics 108P speakers. The authors used our Shure UR4D wireless mic system for presentation and also Q & A. For band audio we used our L’Acoustics 112P mid-high speakers and SB15P sub which were controlled from our Yamaha QL-1. For power distribution, we used our Motion Labs breakered stringers complete with approximately 500’ of feeder cable!
