Moore PA Hire was thilled to return to the New York Athletic Club to provide video, audio, livestreaming, and lighting equipment and services for the annual New York New Belfast conference.
For video, we began with (1) Production Bot Switch 8, (2) 82 inch TVs, and (4) 70 inch TVs distributed around the space. As well as servicing the in-person attendees we also livestreamed the proceedings to the client's Youtube channel for a global audience. For cameras we provided (3) Birddog P4Ks connected to the Production Bot over NDI. From there we created a line-cut consisting of the cameras feeds as well as an assortment of PowerPoint presentations and videos, served by a combination of vMix Pro and (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pros.
For audio, we provided (6) L'Acoustics 112p and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. For control we provided (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For microphones we provided (5) Shure MX418 podium microphones, alongside (2) Shure ULXD4Q handheld microphones for Q&A.
For lighting we provided (4) ETC Lustr Series 2, (4) Quasars for uplighting, and (2) panels of green velour pipe and drape to set the stage.
