12.21.23 - St. Paul The Apostle Church - Collegiate School

 Moore PA Hire went to The Church of St Paul the Apostle to provide audio, video, multi-cam recording and livestreaming equipment and services for The Collegiate School's winter program.

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5, (1) Yamaha QL1, and (4) Yamaha Rio 1608D. The QL5 mixed for the in-room audience, the QL1 for the livestream. For speakers in the room we provided (2) L'Acoustics DV-Subs, (4) L'Acoustics 108p, and (7) L'Acoustics X8. These served as monitors for the orchestra and choir, will we interfaced via Dante with the Church's audio system for the in-room audience. For microphones, we provided (6) Shure MX418C goose-neck microphones for the choir.

For video, we rolled in (2) Genie ST20 crank-up stands, (2) sticks of 12ft truss, and (56) VMX 2.6 LED panels. These formed (2) large imag screens above the low altar where the orchestra and choir were positioned. Additionally, we brought (2) 82inch TVs to serve as delay screens. 

For the recording and livestreaming portion of things, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (7) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space. For low-latency imag we also incorporated (1) Roland VR50H Mk2 hardware switcher which was built-in upstream of the vMix Pro server.

12.16.23 - The Wilson - Paws of War with Gavin DeGraw

 The Moore PA Hire team traveled to midtown Manhattan to provide audio, video, lighting, and livestreaming equipment and services for a fundraising event for Paws of War featuring Gavin DeGraw at the Wilson.  Let's get started!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha RIO16D.  For speakers, we used (2) L'Acoustics SB218, (8) L'Acoustics 112P, and (2) L'Acoustics 108P.  For microphones, we used (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 providing us 8 digital audio channels.

For video, we brought in our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4K ptz camera capturing the event for soldiers oversees.  For displaying content we used (1) Roland VR120 feeding (2) 85 inch and (2) 82 inch TVs.

For lighting, we (1) Command Wing with grandMA from (1) Asus Pro Zenbook.  Additionally, we used (5) Quasar Science Q30 T8 and (6) ETC LUSTR S2.

12.13.23 - Club 101 - Citizens Budget Commission, CBC

 Moore PA Hire once again headed to Club 101 to provide audio and video equipment and services for the Citizens Budget Commission.  Let's dive in!

For video, we began with (3) Birddog P4K ptz cameras tied in to our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup.  For content, we provided (1) Roland VR-50hd feeding (2) 82inch TVs.

For audio, we began with (1) Mackie DL-16S and (2) Shure MX418 podium-style microphones on short-stands. For speakers, we provided (4) L'Acoustics 108P.

12.06.23 - Futures in Education Foundation at Russos on the Bay

 Moore PA Hire went to Russos on the Bay to provide audio, lighting, and video equipment and services for the Futures in Education Foundation.  Let's get into it!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL1, and (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D.  For speakers, we used (8) L'Acoustics X8, (4) L'Acoustics 108P, and (2) L'Acoustic SB 15.  For microphones, we provided (6) Shure MX418C gooseneck mics.  Additionally, we supplied (1) Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nxs.

For lighting, we provided (2) ETC Lustr S2.

For video, we used (1) VR-50hd and (1) Asus Zenbook Pro feeding (2) 82inch TVs, (4) 70inch TVs, and (2) 65inch TVs.  We also used a camera operator for imag displayed on the screens throughout the venue.

11.15.23 - Elephant V.C. at The Bowery Hotel

 The Moore PA Hire team headed to the Bowery Hotel to provide audio and video equipment and services for Elephant's annual meeting.  Let's get started!

For audio, we began with (1) Mackie DL16S and (1) Shure ULXD4Q-50 providing us 8 digital audio channels.  For microphones, we used (2) Shure Podium mics and (4) Shure wireless handhelds.  For speakers, we provided (2) L'Acoustics 112P.

For video, we started with (1) Production Bot.  Feeding the Production Pot was (4) Birddog PTZ cameras to capture footage.  To display content, we used (1) 82" TV that was fed by (1) Roland VR-50 and (1) Asus Pro Zenbook.

11.13.23 - All Sports Awards at the New York Athletic Club

 The Moore PA Hire team once again headed to the New York Athletic Club for the annual All Sports Awards Gala to supply audio, video, and lighting equipment and services.  Here, we go!

For audio, we began with (1) Yamaha QL-1 and (1) Yamaha Rio 1608D. For speakers we provided (8) L'Acoustics X8 and (2) L'Acoustics LA-8 amps. For microphones, we provided (2) Shure MX418C podium-style mics and (2) shotgun mics to capture the audience.

For video, we started with (7) Birddog P4K ptz cameras tied in to our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. For content playback we provided (2) Asus Zenbook Duo Pro. As far as screens in the room go, we provided (2) Optoma ZU850 8K laser projectors, along with (4) 82inch TVs that displayed playback and imag. 

For lighting, we provided (8) Chauvet Rogue R2 moving lights, as well as (14) ETC Lustr Series 2 and () ETC S4WRDs. All of these were tied together and controlled from GrandMA2 on PC paired with the MA Command Wing and the MA Fader Wing. For additional lighting around the space, we set up (8) Quasar Science Q30 T8 and a selection of ETC S4 Minis.

For staging, we provided 700ft of Royal Milano blue velour pipe & drape all the way around the room to transform the basketball court into a gala space.

11.08 & 11.09.23 - Appraiser Association of America Annual Conference at The New York Athletic Club

 Moore PA Hire returned to the New York Athletic Club to provide audio, lighting, and video equipment and services for the Appraiser Association of America's Annual Conference.  Let's get into it.

For audio, we started with (1) Yamaha QL5 and (1) Yamaha RIO 1608D. On stage, we laid out (8) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, with (1) Shure ULXD4Q back at control to provide (4) channels of wireless mics.  For speakers, we provided (8) L'Acoustics X8.  

The 9th floor lounge was packed from start to finish, so with this in mind we loaded in (2) VMX 2.6 10ft x 6ft LED walls, suspended from a Genie ST20 crank up stand. Additionally, we provided (3) 82" TVs for additional coverage of the event and content.  

The conference had guests in-person and remote attendees and speakers.  With that in mind, we rolled in with our premier livestream and recording production rack - the LSE-1. The rack consists of (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Blackmagic Design 12x12 Cleanswitch, (1) Netgear M4250 switch for high-bandwidth connectivity, and a fully managed Ubiquti networking setup. Tied into this were (4) Birddog P4K ptz cameras discreetly spread around the space to capture the presenters at the podium as well as any questions from the in-person audience. With the in-room audience taken care of, we could turn our attention to our remote audience and contributors. We prepared a full hybrid workflow which saw remote contributors joining their fellow in-person panelists with the ability to present and discuss freely, as well as advance and share their own content as needed. Finally, the full program was cut inside vMix Pro and streamed out to the client's Youtube channel.

For lighting, we supplied (2) ETC Lustr S2 to set the stage for this multi-day conference.  

On the 10th floor, we prepared (3) breakout rooms. These were also all livestreamed to the client's Youtube Channel. Each room consisted of (2) Shure MX418C podium-style microphones, (1) 82inch TV, (1) Birddog P4K ptz cameras, (1) vMix Pro server, (1) Mackie DL1608 audio mixer, and (2) L'Acoustics 108p. The key to this event was to have all rooms independent and at the ready at all times. As the audience migrated around NYAC over the course of two days, wherever they arrived we were ready to capture and broadcast within a few moments.
