The Moore P.A. Team were back at the Bowery Hotel this week for the YA Arts for Learning Gala 2024. Let’s get into it!
For recording we used vMix on the Production Bot, with three Birddog P4K PTZ Cameras. This feed was then externally captured with the Atomos Sumo Monitor. For display used two of 85’’ LCD Televisions as well as three additional television’s provided by the venue to show content. This was fed from the Roland VR120 AV switcher, served by the ASUS Zenbook Pro Server kit.
For audio, we used the Yamaha QL1 mixer, with the Yamaha RIO #1 as well. We also had Shure ULXD4Q-G50 Wireless mics and Shure MX418C podium mics. Additionally we provided a Mic and D.I. Kit and Bass and Keyboard amps for the band as per request.
We used four ETC LUSTR S2 equipped with Custom Gobos depicting the Client’s artwork around the room. We also used two ETC S4 Mini 50’s and two Aputure LS 300x, fitted with a 36 degree spotlight lens to provide stage wash and hair light. As well as that we used ADJ WiFLY Par QA5 DMX LED Uplights to provide additional lighting around the room.
For the stage we provided our acrylic podium, as well as to director’s chairs for the Fireside chat between Trevor Noah and Jacqueline Woodson. It was a wonderful evening, check out some photos below!
